I absolutely adore this brand, it’s products and customer service. Using their products for 4+ years, travelled around Asia for 9 months with Liberty water purifier, tested it in all kinds of different situation and it’s just an amazing thing to have in your backpack whenever you go of the beaten track or travel in places where clean tap water is not taken for granted.

Love their product - it is fantastic. And delivery was much quicker than I expected - with great communication on status all along the way!

The shipment was Very fast, I was impressed and the quality is as good as I expected, I already filtered 25 liters so far and everything is fine.

I have to edit the post for a Very positive feedback: I had a defect valve in the Pump, after I sent them an Email with a picture of it I received the replacement valve in France the VERY NEXT DAY!!!
No bul..it questions or formulars, no useless "send back the whole filter on your own expenses for us to loose days on it etc..."
I almost couldn't believe such a Quick and effective reaction.

Having purchased a Lifesaver Liberty purification bottle a couple of years ago and being well pleased with it I thought this would be a good time to increase my water purification capacity. The Cube meets my needs perfectly, not too big, but big enough. I have used this recently after priming in conjunction with a Millbank bag as a pre-filter and the results are as expected, excellent ! The Liberty is first class, but the Cube increases my storage capacity around my van or a base camp without being too cumbersome.
I purchased this direct from Icon Lifesaver, best price online and as before the service is first class. I would not hesitate in recommending both the company and their products, keep up the good work. John.

Best water filtration devices. Must have!!

Good water quality from filter. Poor build quality of pump , replaced 3 times. Filter only lasted 1 year and manufacturer would not replace. Disappointing customer service and quality of product did not live up to expectations. Am taking my custom to an alternative supplier survivorfilter

i bought the Cube + extra carbon filters(Cube & Liberty). super fast delivery(to Switzerland). I'm filtering my tap water. It tastes like spring water now, no headache, no stomachacge.... so smooth, tasteless, pure spring water..... you can blindly buy LifeSaver products ! The filtering size and water capacity and the products quality are jaw dropping. 6 stars !

I think you should make your product wit termo technology stainless steel heavy duty and lifetime guarantee.
