Never received my product no shipment confirmation AVOID

Never received item, had to refund through the bank

Never arrived and never respond to communications. Don't ever ask me for comment about this disgusting company again. Trust pilot is completely useless as well

Item was never dispatched, was never going to be delivered and not long after I ordered the website went down for weeks/months, looks like they closed down now

Item was never going to arrive, total miss information on website.
Feel thoroughly let down by my experience.
I will not be recommending this company.

Total scam. Items never dispatched or delivered. Taking money and no response to any form of communication. Don't buy anything, save yourself the headache. Had to claim back via the bank.

Absolutely diabolical, never received my item, tried to contact them numerous times for a refund with no success.
Had to get a refund through my Bank as it was £80.
Absolute crooks, stay away from their website unless you want to be scammed.😡😡😡😡

Didn't send the product. Didn't respond to 3 messages from me asking for an update. I ended up needing to claim via my credit card for an unfulfilled order. Then for some reason I get an automated message asking me to provide feedback?! Fine - here it is.

I thought this was a joke when I received this asking how my item was

No contact from ICPC Computers. I did not get my order and had to get arefund via Paypal. Overall Exceptionally bad service.

Appears to be a scam. They take the money and then do not send the product or reply to any emails or online forms etc. I had to get a refund through the third-party payment provider.

Would give no stars if possible. Scam, avoid like the plague! Looks very plausible with the website and order confirmation- then nothing. No reply to emails, so have take it up with bank to do a charge back. Wish I’d checked on here fist!

Awful, bought some PC Ram, nothing sent and no tracking. Sent multiple emails as item was next day delivery. No response. Scammers avoid!

Doh, should have been more diligent. Payment made via Stripe for Docking station, confirmation emails received with Invoice, all very plausible. Tried to track order, unable to get on to ICPC website ( Server500 error) and no contact details given on emails, all very clever. Stripe system means dispute has to be with your own bank, and for this you have to leave it 30 days. Checked Companies House too, but didn't notice D.O.B. of sole director....Who's been trading some years....If it smells like a duck, looks like a duck and sounds like a duck, it's probably a duck.

Wish I checked the reviews first. Placed an order, received confirmation but nothing afterwards. No dispatch confirmation or responses to my emails. I've emailed all the addresses available on the website.

Convinced it is a scam. Going through PayPal to recover the funds.

Not received order, tried to contact them - no reply. At this point I think they are possibly a scam company just taking peoples money. Avoid!

Do not buy from this company
Purchased 6 units from this company on the 10th with next day delivery. Nothing came through so got in touch with them twice, but no answer. Raised a case with PayPal to which the company sent through a tracking number that showed item was delivered, but the order was never received. On checking the tracking code with the postcode comes up with an error, which obviously means that the seller has sent incorrect tracking details or details of an order that was delivered elsewhere.

I spent over £1,700 with this company on one order of a specific product for my online business. I then later found out that a large number of the units I ordered were defective which caused serious headache for us and our customers. I reported the issue to ICPC they said I could return the defective units so I recalled them from customers and sent them back. Since then I have had no response after 10+ emails requesting an update on my refund or replacement products, with this being an on going issue and I had faith in the company to start with so I didn’t report to my credit card company but this time window has now passed so I am currently out of pocket for hundreds of pounds which is unacceptable. I was very understanding with the situation and was willing to purchase more units as long as they weren’t from a the defective batch but now I just want my money back, very disappointing service & I would advise people are very wary when spending large amounts.
