I made an order 3 weeks ago and I was lucky to use paypal. It was listed as in stock but nothing was shipped. I contacted them and I got no reply. Now the long way to get my money back,

Item took 2 weeks to arrive but did eventually arrive and in great condition. Also nearly half the price of the other places I looked at for the same item. Got a partial refund and then a full refund because of how long it took to arrive.

We ordered this on the 24th June, still haven't had the product or a reply back to any of my emails chasing this. Awful service when you can't even get a response off one email and you don't have a contact number! Waste of time!! Avoid

Avoid, they charge a fortune delivery for next day delivery, I placed an order 5 days ago and still no delivery and the company still hasn't replied to any of my emails.

I sourced a product like most others but was a little sceptical…. And I was not wrong, I opened an account at the beginning of Feb 24 some 7 weeks ago, ordered the product and they took my payment immediately. I regularly checked my online account and kept being told it was pending. After a month (so the beginning of march 24) I contacted their customer support by email as no phone contact given or found. In fairness they responded immediately said they were transferring to a new system and my order had been stuck, they offered me a £10 refund on order as an apology and confirmed order shipped. I think another review mentions similar scenario however to date (18th March 24) no refund and no goods received, if I could award zero I would and from my experience would not recommend, where is the customer service, care and delivery, seems I have lost nearly £60 due to this.

There was an issue with my my order but after I flagged with customer support it was instantly resolved and they provided compensation in return, very efficient and straightforward customer service, will order from here again.

At first I was a bit hesitant to use a service from this company because I had never heard of them. I wanted to buy a graphics card. I had a few questions about my purchase so I contacted customer support. Five stars for customer support, very polite, fast and helpful - all my doubts were solved so I decided to buy my Sapphire PULSE RX6700 XT :). After a short time, I received an order confirmation and soon after a shipping confirmation. I am very pleased with the purchase and the service I received. Highly recommended because the availability of some products is greater here compared to bigger companies. Instead of waiting for a restock from another company.
In conclusion, my overall satisfaction compels me to award them a perfect 5-star rating.

I was very dubious about ordering from ICPC Computers due to the lack of reviews on this platform. I was after a very recently released mesh system from TP-Link (X50 Outdoor). I couldn't even get a straight answer from TP-Link themselves as to whether it had been released or not so when I saw it for sale with ICPC I wasn't quite sure that they would actually have it in stock. I looked at their website and could see that they have recently started selling hardware online but have been in the computer industry for quite some time (apologies if this isn't quite correct, but I understood something along those lines). I emailed them about delivery times and they promptly emailed me back stating 'if in stock from next working day to 3 days usually', I then asked about the item and was told they had two in stock and if I ordered before 17:30 they would dispatch that evening. I still wasn't 100% but saw that they take all major credit cards so knew I would be covered if anything went wrong so went ahead and purchased it. Well I managed to miss DPD delivery he very next day as didn't answer the door in the 2.5 seconds they allocate :) but they successfully delivery my brand new mesh system which I have now installed and am over the moon with.
As there are so many dodgy companies about it makes you rather cynical but can happily say that ICPC Computers are not one of them and are fast to respond and from my experience a great company which I shall be using in the future.
Thanks a lot as I have been waiting for this to be released for over a year. TP-Link are still saying upto two months for delivery.
