Super Hero TV aerial :)

After buying previous tv aerials and more expensive and my smart tv couldn’t find any channels this aerial £15 cheaper picked up 95% I’ve now channels from ITV upwards :)

I have still not received goods…

I have still not received goods ordered. ( delivery failed Jan 10th) We were flooded on the day you found us inaccessible and we still do not have the goods we ordered and paid for.

I recently bought two usb a to usb c adaptor.accessories for…

I recently bought two accessories for my mobile. Unit consists of 2usb a to 1 usb c adaptor.
Unfortunately, while the double usb a sockets fit perfectly, the one usb c plug is too small and it keeps falling out.

DOES NOT INSPIRE CONFIDENCE

Having not dealt with this company before, and needing to purchase an electrical item that can have potential problems if cheaply made, - I decided to contact idaffodil.

I note the email address is .co. That is Colombia!!
I tried the phone number; it was within the stated hours. It went to a curious repetitive buzz and then disconnected. Twice.

So much for seeking reassurance!

Thank-you for your response and clarification. (And thanks to Trustpilot for allowing my response).

1) I appreciate clarification of the domain name. I have never heard of such, but completely accept that it is the case.
2) The nature of my work necessitates having an unlisted number. That is the situation for many thousands of people. I am very surprised that such designation disbars phone contact because of the possibility of 'cold calls'. I have not experienced this anywhere else, but at least am now aware that it is a possibility.
3) We were going so well, weren't we? You state that you value feedback at the beginning of your response. At its end, you make it clear that you do not, by pointing out my perceived failings, through checking my post record on TP.

I understand, I promise you, that when showing the many positive reviews that you DO have, there is a strong need to counter one that is not positive. But let me point out something to you: a) This is Trustpilot! A review site that has a reputation for allowing people to vent strongly about poor treatment. b) Note my username. I have never pretended to be anything other than 'Very Angry' when posting here. And vitally c) Given that you checked on me; -then you should also note the volume of posts vs a time period. In other words, I do not come on TP on a weekly basis to hammer all and sundry!
A defence is entirely reasonable, of course it is, but you chose to make an ad hominem comment. I was a potential customer. I was concerned about a domain name (which IS also Colombia), so tried to make a phone call. I HAD checked your 'about us'; I then checked TP. I wrote about MY experience. I would do it again under the same circumstances.

Great product and delivery

The headphones arrived 24 hours before advised and were exactly as advertised. The bluetooth funcion was easily set up.
In summary great product and service, and I would quite happily order from iDaffodil again.

Good decision making with help from their online advisors.

I had an online chat with a customer service advisor. Based on his information, I made an informed decision whether or not to buy the product (I did make the purchase). The product was good and there were no major issues that I was not informed about. Delivery was swift (I received the product the following day after purchase). There was a tracking number. I was very satisfied with the purchase and the service.

You need a 64GB memory stick, preferably with an LED indicator to show that it is writing. Format it with the NTFS file system. You press the button on top of the unit to start recording. The LED on the box will flash and so will the LED on your memory stick. To stop, press the button again. The LED on the box will go steady and the indicator on the stick will stop flashing. Once all the LEDs have stopped flashing, you can remove the stick.

The contents of the stick are readable on a computer and can be edited with the appropriate software.

Daffy did exactly as they said they would, delivered in a few days. In hindsight, i would choose a more expensive product but they did exactly as asked.
