Our home had previously been on the market with another realtor for six months and had a few offers, but all of the deals fell through. We terminated the contract with our prior realtor and reached out to Sandy and his Ideal team to list our home- and we're very glad we did!

Sandy made sure to stay in touch with us at all times during the showing process and providing us with relevant feedback.

He was also readily available to consult when we had questions during the selling process and even provided some tax strategy tips once the sale was finalized.

Ken was OUTSTANDING! I hired Ken to sell a house for me in FL; I live in TX. He wasted no time in going through the process with me. The house needed some work and he had some references on some trades like paint, floor guys and an electrician as well as an outstanding handyman to go through and take care of issues from the inspection as well as some make ready things like some carpentry, plumbing and installing ceiling fans. The house turned out great when everyone was finished. Ken hustled and we had a solid full price offer in 3 days. Ken made it happen. Once we had the offer Ken made sure all the t were crossed and the i's dotted. He maintained an open line of communication until it was closed. I can't say enough,-he's polished and professional!

I recently sold my house in Mariemont, OH; this was the first time I used an Ideal Agent. I selected Ideal to sell my house because of the lower realtor commission rate with the expectation of saving over $10,000 in commissions. I thought there would be compromised service to realize this cost savings. I have never been fully satisfied with the selling or buying realtors that I previously used. Therefore, I didn’t have high expectations of the Ideal Agent’s service.
However, I was more than fully satisfied with Jon, my Ideal Agent, who provided exceptional full service! I did realize over $10,000 in reduced realtor commissions. Jon’s excellent recommendations also helped close the sell of my house timely and at a price $15,000 higher than expected! He went far beyond the duties of a realtor! When the photographer was going to leave because the house wasn’t ready for the pictures to be taken for the listing, Jon convinced the photographer not to leave! Jon helped get the house ready for the photographer, he even swiffer the floors. That is what I call a full-service real estate agent! I highly recommend Jon and Ideal to sell your home!
