Just brilliant! Tried 3 different independents first, because my boiler is 15 years old, but only the last one knew exactly what was wrong and directed me to Ideal to get the boiler fixed quicker than it would have taken him to source the part and make a return visit.

Super customer service from start to finish! Easy to contact with a straightforward appointment, which was arranged very quickly. There was no issues with the replacement fan we required for our boiler under warranty when discussing the issue with the customer service representative. The heating engineer was very experienced, helpful, friendly and efficient, and resolved our concern on the visit. Thank you very much for your help and fantastic customer care!
