An amazing cleanup by done by amazing people.
My clean was performed by Joel, Ben L, and Mantas.
And perform they did, they went absolutely above and beyond and did everything they could to bring our home to a point of utmost cleanliness. The three were incredibly professional, friendly, and exceptionally hard working. They took care with every step, and did all they could to ensure they left this house looking 'ideal'.
If there is a manager or higher up who reads this; these three are absolutely deserving of some sort of Christmas bonus or at least a cold beer or two. Stellar work done by stellar workers, keep these guys close - workers this good are far and few between.

Amazing work - highly recommend (thank you Mihaly & Damien!)
Absolute well-deserved five star rating for an incredible pair of guys, Mihaly and Damien who came to our rescue after a major (particularly horrible and messy) pigeon infestation in our loft. They were friendly, highly professional in their undertaking to remedy our appalling situation and worked diligently in a very hazardous situation to them and kept us informed at all times upon the removal of stored items in a very full loft. They were always happy to offer us advice, seeing as we had never faced this situation before (and never hope to ever again!). They were with us for two days, given the extent of the matter.
We would HIGHLY recommend this company based on the quality of the service we received but in particular would like to thank Mihaly and Damien for being so kind to us and looking after us in such an extraordinary situation that we found ourselves in.
We would rate them 20 out of 10 and offer our thanks for all that they did for us!

Whilst their technical staff seemed competent and reliable, we felt that the sales rep was guilty of upselling, scaremongering and quoting hugely above market rates for work that wasn't necessary (and may even have been counter-productive). We asked for an explanation/justification but have not received one.

Joel and Patrick worked extremely hard in pumping out our leaking oil tank into a temporary holding tank in the pouring rain in limited space. They overcame the problems with which they were presented and were pleasant and polite throughout.

Ideal Response are carrying out drying works to a property for me following a flood. I have found the company in general very easy to work with Tahlia providing quick response times to any queries, clear reports and quotations and prompt starting dates to carry out the work required. Jake carried out an initial survey and showed excellent knowledge of the works required. Patrick and George met me on site throughout the works and again showed excellent knowledge of the work they were doing and the equipment being used along with being very polite, informative and professional. The site was tidy and very organized. I would highly recommend Ideal Response and will be using them again when needed.

Ideal Response has continued with their good work in relation to the drying up programme due to the flooding in my basement. Jess continues to be very responsive and quick at delivering the answers that I am looking for. The end to end process of quote, explanation and invoicing/logistics of the work is perfect. Patrick and George came round to put the new equipment in, straight to the point and helping out on any question I have. Really pleased with the service top to bottom from Ideal Response. Jess who organised the visit was really helpful and helped accommodate very specific timings. Patrick who carried the work out was brilliant. He worked around me having my young family in the house, was polite, courteous and tidied up. Really pleased with the mould removal he did. Commercial School Drying/Mould Treatment
We engaged with IRL for a commercial school project where there had been a flood caused by a previous contractor. They completed an initial site survey of the works required then a 10 day turnaround time for a full report to be issued. When we received this unfortunately there were a number of errors that I assume were copied across from a previous job and a basic drying strategy was proposed/costed. When we engaged with IRL and after some back/forth a more intensive drying programme was proposed to aid in completion of the project previously. On the surveying side it would be beneficial for some more resource allocated to QA/Review process to make sure this is right first time and avoid frustration for their Clients.
The site works were carried out/supervised by Yacine and Toufik and the service we received from them was 5 star and second to none. The whole process was explained clearly from the start, the extent of their combined knowledge gave the Client great comfort that their building was in safe hands. The works were completed on time and to the highest standard with nothing being too much trouble for them to ensure that the project ran seamlessly and we were happy with the end result. They both really are a credit to IRL and have restored our confidence after our initial frustration with the report. If we were to require these services in future we would be requesting them personally to be entrusted with executing the works.

Ben gave us a call to let us know when he was on the way which was super helpful with a baby at home! He was friendly and professional and got straight to work. He left no stone unturned inspecting areas requiring work and completed a thorough mould clean. The results have exceeded expectation. He gave us advice on if our problem returns and went above and beyond to work around us and our busy home!
