The worst of the worst
The worst of the worst! What a bad company. 0% customer service and a big time rip off!!! I ordered some bottles that was delivered wrong. The quantity was wrong and the description online didn't match. When I called them to return, I was told, I have to return at my own cost and I'll also lose a further 10% of my initial money which means, they'll refund me 10% less. In this day and age? I was shocked beyond words, it'll benefit me to just chuck the bottles in the bin rather than returning them. The customer service lady was soooooooooo rude on the phone and she is the reason I'm leaving this review, she offered no apology rather she was blunt and cold, wow! I will NEVER in my life time recommend this company, no way!!
