This is a fantastic company
This is a fantastic company. I wanted some 1ltr glass bottles and a reasonable price and these come in at 100%. Quality are great for the purpose I’m using it for my freshly squeezed fruits and vegetables and will definitely purchase again.

Unfair Shipping Charges for Highland Customers
Selected a small order, value £4. Went to shipping to find a Highland delivery cost of £14.40. Checked a Glasgow postcode and it’s only £5.94. Did not proceed with this due to this excessive penalty for Highland customers. Inverness is not an international shipping location, it is mainland UK.

My grandmother’s advice
My grandmother always stored her herbs and spices in dark medical bottles. I was looking for amber medical bottles for some time and was so excited to found them at ideon/ampulla site. They are perfect and I will be ordering more and sharing my kitchen storage ideas with friends. Love them.

One of the worst packaging companies I have ever dealt with, especially over this “plandemic”
They will never help there customers, just fob you off with excuses, packaging has come dirty on more than one occasion now, dust and bits of cardboard inside packaging. They’re just tossed into cardboard boxes loose, avoid this company there is many more out there

Gave damaged bottles and caps
I ordered 200 slim bottles for my husbands graduation party to give as favours. 10 bottles and over 10 lids came damaged. I sent pictures of the damaged through to their customer service team and asked if they could kindly replace the damaged bottles and caps and send over new ones- There was NO RESPONSE. Do not buy from this website!
