iDesign Honest Review
Steve played the middle man between to different companies. I had didn't have access to certain information and he was able to get our website up and running again. It was very frustrating in the beginning emailing back and forth with idesign and another company, but eventually Steve took completely over because I had limited knowledge on the information. He stayed on top of the issue until it was resolved. It was slightly inconvenient in regards to timing because iDesign has summer hours and unfortunately, Steve was away when my initial email was sent which also delayed the process. I would appreciate a "how to" should something like this happen again.

Thank you for the review and for allowing us the opportunity to help.
To clarify for transparency: iDesign has not managed or maintained Spa 23’s website since 2020, when all web responsibilities were brought in-house. We do not have a service or support agreement in place for the site, yet we stepped in to assist when internal access issues arose—despite being on summer hours and having limited info to work with.
The delays were primarily caused by key login credentials being tied to inactive or former employee accounts, including the previous owner’s email and another from a former staff member. With Jenna (Spa 23's internal website manager) away on vacation at the time of the incident, there was very limited access or information provided from Spa 23’s side, which made recovery more difficult.
We did everything we could to resolve the issue quickly and professionally. I’ll be honest—it’s disappointing to see a public review that implies delays and shortcomings on our part, especially given that we went above and beyond to help despite no longer being responsible for the site. We hope this provides a clearer picture of the situation for anyone reading.

All things baseball
I have been using Idesign for years. They are amazing, anything I create in my head they make happen. From banners, to fence signs for the kids. Odd and ends like plaques or trophies, or items to distribute. They will make anything for you and with a smile on their face. Amazing staff and amazing turnaround.
