Not a great experience....
I placed an order, then I was contacted to be told you didn’t stock that item. However you could provide me the same item with less prints. All I had to do was reorder online. The other order would be cancelled by the person that rang and my card recredited. So that’s what I did I placed a new order. So imagine my surprise when my first order turned up and then the next one....
So I rang back to complain and sort it out to be told I had to email in.....
So don’t listen to their customer service if they ring you....

Very good service and swift delivery time on my new card printer. The only reason 4 stars were awarded, is that I sent an email after purchasing my new printer for an ETA, and I didn't get a response.
