Lead time miss leading
While I write this review I am still awaiting part of our order. When ordered we where quoted a lead time of 5-7 days this unfortunately turned into 15 days. The order was chased and unfortunately no one was able to return my call. If the lead time was hampered it would have been nice to have been informed.

All of the lanyards, wristbands, cards, etc that we produce are to very specific criteria and these are pictured and described in detail in a pre-production design proof.
