This is the first item I have ordered from them and abbey was brillant very good answered all of my questions. and once completed the order they informed me that it would take about 7-10 as they did not have any stock. Our order was sent to our registered office rather than our delivery address.

Great Products, Great service
Can't fault IDM, we buy many products from them from badge printers to custom printed RFID wristbands and we cant fault the quality of the products & the service.

Saved my skin
I work in Cardiff city centre and on the busiest day for the Magicard Pronto Card Machine, I ran out of Printer ink. Disaster! I was panicking, I didn't know what to do. My company normally supplies the ink but it would have taken at least 1 working day to get here. I needed the ink now. In desperation I looked on google and luckily ID Management systems' head office is based in Cardiff. I spoke to a very helpful Rep on the instant messaging system that is installed on the website. (Ryan I think his name was) who managed to get what I needed sorted out so I could pick it up from Head office in 45 MINUTES!! Brilliant. I picked it up, it was the right product and the day was saved. I don't know what I would have done without ID management systems! To top it all off, my VAT receipt arrived this morning just as promised. Thank you!
