The company does not tell you that the minute you hit the free button you are automatically subscribed to future shipments..to avoid this I agreed to pay 29.95 USA dollars for free sample..they sent me canceled subscription but are still charging my credit card..not trustworthy at all..poor customer service..after 4 emails I finally was able to get a chat option at argan and someone finally called me and said my order was canceled..so hopefully no more charges go on my credit card..but buyer beware..it's not easy to contact this company..I ended up paying over 60 dollars for a very tiny sample...

Suck you in on free trial then charge monthly until you call or chat with them. Once billed there are no returns at all according to customer service which violates the terms of the subscription. If you find it doesn’t work cancel immediately.

This company is so dodgy
This company is so dodgy. They offer a free sample where you only pay postage and then apparently in that fine print they are signing you up fpr a subscription that charges 3 times what you could buy the product for on Amazon. There are no actual corporate references so you can search for the email they said they sent. The cream did NOTHING so I would never have reordered it.
Feel like I have just been robbed of $176. They have offered a 40% refund but ths unplanned for charge put my credit card over.

Be aware that these people are very tricky. They lure you in with a free trial and also send you another product. If you don't read the small print you are automatically signed up to monthly products x 2. If you are smart enough you can cancel within 16 days, but you have to return the emply product to qualify for this. After 16 days I was charged $180.05AUD and $172.58AUD for the first two products they sent out and they invoiced me for further products. I was able to cancel, but I am out of pocket $351.62AUD.

I ordered the "Free" sample and was charged almost $9.00 for shipping.
I was sent a proof of order, but in very small print it said my next payment of $118.00 would be taken out of the VISA account I had paid with for the shipping.
I NEVER agreed to that!
I waited a few weeks before responding and/or receiving my "Free" sample.
I then called the number provided and said I never signed up for anything other than the "Free" sample.
Right away I was told if I paid $ 49.99 I would be removed from the client list and would receive notification of this. After paying this amount I got this notification.
A few days later a further amount of $39.99 was taken from my VISA from an unknown company.
I called VISA and they closed my account, refunded this amount and gave me a new card.
All this because I ordered a "Free" sample and spent almost $60.00 on absolutely NOTHING. And I never did receive that "Free" sample!!
Do Not even think of ordering a "Free" sample.
A total scam!!!!

The only reason they get 1 is I cant write a review without it..... DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEVES WHO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE VULNERABLE. Their other name is myglow they sell samples at a low rate with the option to cancel however the samples arrive after the cancellation period leading you to be charged for the first month regardless. No matter what you do they will charge you $350 for the first month as its impossible to return it in time.
DISGUSTING........ my poor mum is 81 years old.
