You didn’t have the necklace I ordered…
You didn’t have the necklace I ordered in stock even though it showed as 1 remaining. I paid by Kalma and order of 3 charms plus the necklace and the necklace portion was still included in my first Kalma payment and now I am unable to get anyone to answer the phones on your customer service line.

Not so great
Not so great, the registration process was too complicated. I had already registered before, but it wouldn’t let me into my account, and it also wouldn’t allow me to register again. Every time I added something to the cart, when I logged out and back in, the cart was empty again, and I had to search for all the items again. The website itself constantly jumps around and redirects to the wrong products.
