OMG, What a nightmare, bought one 3G/4G LTE Cellular Security Camera ,Not fit for purpose had to return it got a second this time also got subscription £7.99 work for 3 day cancel subscription & returned item, unable to return my £7.99 gave some bull, after cancelling took another £7.99 on the 06.12.2024. Had to cancel my card , All you get is a email sorry. Please be careful if your dealing with company .Had email from the company today 10/12/2024 saying you need to subscribe to a Plan of £7.99 for it to work, They don't tell you that before you buy It.

Fantastic value for an excellent system BUT....

Update review: I have not been able to set up the motion zones for the camera as shown in the advertising and the App doesn't even look the same on the camera page. I have been trying to get assistance from IEGEEK but I don't get any response via e-mail which is the only way that appears to work on the website now.

Initially, I liked it so much I purchased another set and received it today. At this point I feel I will need to return it because I am not getting support. I will update my review again if the situation changes.

OK, so there were a few minor glitches with the app on install but after updating the software on the NVR and camera's it all worked great! I have only bench tested everything as recommended before the install at this point but the camera's appear to be excellent picture quality, they track human activity well...at least on my bench. The NVR works well, the cables are good quality too. I am very pleased with this purchase, especially at the price point! I am removing my older Lorex wire-free system that I never liked for several reasons and replacing it with this POI system. Install will take some time but I have the comfort of knowing I have a two year warranty too! BTW: I am still learning how to use the APP but it is WAY BETTER than the old slow glitchy one I had with my prior system here. Don't hesitate if you are looking for this type of system!

Would not recommended!!

Bought 2 cameras had a problem with 1 early on which was replaced, later on had same problem with both cameras customer service took weeks to reply, told me to buy new sim cords I done that still not working contacted again, took weeks to reply again then told me nothing we can do as outside guarantee!

I am very Pleased w/ the purchase of this Wireless camera! It was easy to install and easy to get set up as well , it sure checked off all my boxes! To make it even better their Service is very very Good ‼️

I have over 10 cameras at home and on…

I have over 10 cameras at home and on the farm, and I love them. They feature a modern design, and the support team is excellent at resolving issues. However, I believe the mobile app needs improvement and additional features. Additionally, there should be no monthly subscriptions for AI image processing, and cloud pricing should be lower.

I had a problem with a 2k camera which…

I had a problem with a 2k camera which I had been using for 18 months without any issues. A fault developed with the charging port. I contacted the support team and explained the problem via email. I had a response within 24 hours asking for serial number and type. Once they had the info they required they dispatched a replacement camera at no cost to myself. The replacement arrived in 3 working days. Which is set up and working fine.
A very good service.

Easy set up and operation

Easy set up and operation. I did have a question and customer service was very quick to respond. Camaras have been installed for a couple of weeks now and working as expected. Great products at a fair price. I like that you do not need a subscription, but the subscription cost is reasonable if you decide to get it.

Arrived as expected, after a little checking and charging the camera, we soon got it working with their phone app. Did a check outside, and all ok. Now fitted and covering all the required areas.

Bought a doorbell camera from iegeek aftersix months it stopped working because of water getting inside have tried so many times to contact iegeek through ebay and their own so called customer services address but all i keep getting is how concerned they are and will work with me to sort this problem out but that's been going on now for over a month and I'm just not getting anywhere with them to have this item either repaired or exchanged absolute nightmare wish I'd never heard if this company they just not interested in helping me at all the warranty they offer is totally useless they just don't honor it.

Ordered two indoor cameras as the spec…

Ordered two indoor cameras as the spec on the website stated they have rechargeable batteries. They however need a permanent power connection via the 5v supplies included so they are not suitable for the locations where I need them. I already have two outdoor rechargeable cameras that so far work very well. Trying to return these for a refund but there is no phone number on their website and so far no reply to an email or their online contact form. AVOID THIS COMPANY - no customer service and misleading product descriptions on their website. Will update this if I get any joy from them.

The items were easy to install

The items were easy to install. The camera should a have a pre-record capability. Many times, it is while the mid to tail end of the action when the recording starts. Other than that, it is good.

We love our cameras

We were a little concerned that we weren't going to be able to add to our other 3 cameras, when we saw they were not available any longer on Amazon.

Ordering directly from I-Geek was great, and we love our 4th camera--so easy to add to our I-Geek app.

Three of our cameras went through Hurricane Beryl totally unscathed. Happy family here.
