We bought a baby monitor less than 6 months ago! It is now faulty, not charging and not connecting to our devices.
We have tried contacting them on numerous occasions. They are now ignoring our emails!!!

I ordered tow cam but arrived one, 3 days trying to contact the service but not responding

I have an ieGeek kids camera for more than 3 months, everything is been great but I just got one of them damage. After talking to customer service and with only one email they just send me a new camera... Amazing service!!!!

Because the quantity of goods I received is inconsistent with the purchase, I have contacted customer service many times but no one paid attention to it or responded to it.
The quantity of my order should be three, but I only received two.

Customer service will not get back to me. They said they were going to help but then just blew me off. Now I have two cameras I have no use for.

I’ve had to have multiple replacement cameras sent out, due to the cameras failing within a few hours of being put up.
With the cameras finally working, I’ve been in contact with their team on 6 separate occasions to get my cloud subscription moved over to the camera that is actually working - with no success. This has been going on since December. AVOID!

I bought the battery camera had a hard time connected to Wi-Fi and logging in. You can’t call customer service. You have to email them take days and days then to get back to me I returned it. I will never buy camera that does not have a customer service number I will not do the emails ever again‼️‼️ BEWARE

This camera is a great little camera, the set up is easy and quick and the spotlight function is great to act as a deterrent.

The camera is decent quality and has a night mode function, is has motion detection and you can alter the sensitivity using the easy to use app. You can choose an alarm area via the app so the spot light will come on automatically at night. It has a sound and alarm function but I have yet to use this. Great little camera hopefully will help keep my cars safe A* would recommend.

none of the bulb cameras work and you have no customer service to call. Done with your company.

I have several other devices, and they all work fine, your bulb cameras are defective.
UPDATE: Chinese company refuses to refund my money even though their policy says defective products will be refunded with a pre-paid shipping label. They have done none of that! Ghosted me! I now have to go thru CC company to get my money back. DO NOT BUY DIRECTLY FROM IEGEEK!!! If you want to give them a try, buy on amazon so you can return hassle free!!

This is my second purchase, the previous one was last year and I had no problems.
This time the solar panels have not done their job and I have had to connect power directly to the cameras.
It is unfortunate because it involves time expenditure, more investment and the hassle, as well as having to find a new supplier in the future.

So far, the product is working as described, very happy with the good quality for the product.

Nice product, I give 4 stars only because app doesn’t support live viewing in multiple devices simultaneously using single account ( you need different account in each device) and live viewing start after clicking it, where as it should launch/start on home page the moment you open the app. Otherwise so far product seems good.

Prompt delivery and kept well informed of shipping and delivery. Equipment has worked well and all as described. We are pleased with the product and service

Don't waste your time! Battery life is awful!!!! I contacted to say that something isn't right and I got palmed off with.. it's something I'm doing wrong..settings and so on. I have to charge this every week and every time the charge length is getting longer. 16 hrs today. Takes longer to change than it lasts and it's only 2 months old. Not worth the money STAY WELL AWAY!!!

Camera functions extremely well. It is a good or maybe even better than the CCTV cameras installed on exterior of home. The solar panel keeps it charged 24/7/365. I wish it would automatically follow motion instead of me moving it manually. It takes a few seconds to activate when viewing in real time but not being hard wired, to be expected I purchased this camera to eliminate annual cloud recording on doorbell. Camera will almost pay for itself on first year of cancelling cloud. So now I'll see how long this camera will continue to operate.

The camera was ultra easy to install and the 180° panning is very beneficial providing a very wide viewing area (180° +). The back up feature offered is also an excellent bonus just in case the camera is compromised.

Overall this ieGeek camera functions very well and I have three ieGeek cameras serving my property.

The android version stops working or crashing . The apple versions on my iPad seems to work ok.
