Avoid these thieves. They still charged me even though I cancelled immediately after using their service. I got the runaround for five days and they've stopped responding to emails. And of course there is no way to call them.

I am New user to the software, directions were clear. The product works as advertised.

After hours pulling my hair trying to send a fax with various horrible websites, iFax was finally able to give me a useful error message and upon trying a different recipient it worked successfully. It seems to be the only online fax service that actually works and can be trusted with sensitive documents.

Very positive experience with this Fax system. I am satisfied with the service as well.

Free trial NOT FREE!!! To send my "Free" Fax I had to enter credit card information with a notice that I had three days to cancel before my card would be charged $99 for a yearly membership. Right after sending my single page "Free" Fax a window popped up with subscription options saying I was subscribed to the $199/yr plus membership. When I tried to change the subcription back to basic and close the window my phone dinged with a fraud alert that my card had been hit with a $199 charge immediately. Luckily the charge had been declined. My bank tried to lock the card on me, but they let me try to cancel my subscription first. The cancellation option seems buried as it is not in account settings, but is in the account plans section. Very scammy experience overall. I just hope the cancellation took. Not very trustful that they will not try to charge me again. Thankfully my credit union is awesome. Stay away from iFax!!!!

Signed up for their service for a trial period after my printer died and I lost fax capability. After purchasing a new printer, I contacted them to cancel and they were great in providing the information to do so and following up with me afterwards.

The ease of use and excellent customer service. Online chat was so responsive and my issue was resolved immediately. Really all I needed was to cancel because we don't need this anymore but I will certainly not go anywhere else should we need this in the future. Thank you!
