Because you really good in the world

So far my experience is positive. My contact on IGMFX always calls on the time we agreed and is helpful and supportive. The only small complaint I have is that he often persist that I should deposit more money. He should understand that we all have different budgets and I want to be careful and learn before I invest larger amounts of money.

It is Scam company.
I wished to close my account just 7 days after I registered and did not trade with them, but I got both phone calls and mails from different trading companies several times every day, which means they “sold” my data. I wrote about it to their service-dept. and asked to stop it, and they promised me to do it, however I still get both mails and calls - SCAM. Do not join them if you wish good for yourself.

IGM FX sets customers first. They have committed stuff and the principles of the organization. Therefore as a client I have to say that i am receiving top quality assistance that makes my trading journey very special and easy!

This whole broker is here to make you lose all your money. In the first few days you make some to convince you they are there to help you. They will call you every day and “help” you with buying Stocks/Forex/Crypto. They will also harass you every day by telling you to put more money on your account. Eventually they will make you an “advanced trader” by giving you all the answers to the test you need to do before you can become an “advanced trader” and make trades with a higher risk. When you are an “advanced trader” they will make sure you’ll lose all of your money on your account. And when you lose all of it they will call you and keep telling you that they want to “help” you to get your money back, the only thing you need to do is… put more money on your account.

The whole organization in based on Cyprus, so the European law can’t reach them. They will call you with numbers from you own country and the first people you speak to are most likely in you own language. They are “regulated” by the CySEC, which basically means they can do whatever they want with your money. Please do your research, also do your research on “Brokers on Cyprus”.

They scammed my relative for €100.000 and still have te audacity to call him and tell him to put more money in his account to help him get it back.

EDIT: Of course I'm not going to provide them with some personal information so they can stalk me/us again.

This year I have actively worked with them for about 2 months.

First of all, they are no fake or scam. They are regulated by Cysec and I had no problem with withdrawels, aside from the fact the process time takes while and on the lower accounts fees are charged.

Altogether I have worked with 6 brokers/accountmanagers! They all sounded very convinced and always suggested to put more trades, more money and just be confident that eveything is gonna be alright. They told me exactly which trades to put, which volume etc. On some days I got 8 phonecalls! from a whole series of landline numbers and they took a lot of time convincing me what to do in order to hit the profits.

As a total beginner I put trust in them, supposing that as professionals they know the markets, however, the outcome was always frustrating and all the time I ended up with losses.
The last person I worked with was IanR and his whole philosophy was "whatever goes down comes up and whatever goes up comes down", as if this automatically leads to profits. That was not at all the case because he forgot to mention about the swap fees and the spread, aside from the fact that he did total wrong suggestions on the crypto's.

Another slogan they have is that it is in their interest that you make profits. Of course, that is partly true, and they win more if you stay longer. However, they forget to mention that they also make profits when you loose.

I have noticed that things which were said on the phone were not always been confirmed in writing. For example I was told that with the upgrade of the account (putting in over €30,000) I would be swapfree, but I was not told for how long and when asking they keep it vague. Soon after a bit more than €1,000 on swaps were being charged and I found out that what they promised was not true.

I never got clear fom their website, nor by questioning through email, what the requirements are for the different account levels. This I find non-transparant.

Altogether these two months were very stressfull for me and on top of that it costed me about €10,000.

I wantet to buy digital Juan. I was stupid not cheking the website of yuan pay grup. (IGM FX)They dont Even have digital juan. They scammed you into beliving they had yhis curency.Emidiatly after putting in my Phone number and e- mail they startet calling. Stupid business plan. I didt invest. They kept calling every day from different number. After i wrote them and said it was illegal to keep calling they gave my information to Other scammer. I now get 10 calls every day. They mask as my countrys number calling. Every positiv rewiw is fake. They also have youtube videos ( wich you can not comment ) trying to look professinal. They are breaking EU law and the police in cypress need to do something. Scum of the earth. They are now doing some bitcoin scam . They Even have fake truspilot. I hope they get their carma from chineese agent. They are registratet at st.vincent. Update: I got a message that day removed my info. I still gets call.5, . Update 7 weaks later . They keep harrasing me. I told them many times politly to stop calling. They keep calling 100 times. I told them twise to F#$& off. I told them i Will take legal action . The guy then wery rude then told me : and how are you going to do that. I told him im going after your licence. You have lincence in st. Vincent and offices in cypress. He then said " no we dont " . So i antally told me their webside is untrue. They called twise during writing this update. And YES i told them 2 months ago in wrothing via custumer support to stop calling. They are using software to mask that they are calling from Abrod. Im sure they will bw Jailed at some point.

Another update: they sold my info. Now I get calls from " real person" in my contrey. They hang up. Im sure they want you to call back.

Hi, I registered and payed 250 euro, got called directly from a very good employee which explained me and told me exactly what it was about.
I was not sure that I wanted to proceed and getting help to invest more money, we agreed, he should call me after the week-end and I could reflect about how to proceed.
He called me then at the right time and I told that him I couldn’t proceed to invest more money and need get the money back 250 euro.
I wrote to the company , following the procedure to get the withdrawal and got my money after 3 weeks since i spoke on the phone with them.
I read a lot of negative review before and got afraid I should loose the money.
But no, it has been a very good dialogue .

Spam calling me, which I never asked for in the first place.. A company I don't want to get involved in at all or ever in my life! Wish I could give them zero stars.

previously i tried trading at another simialr platform that promised me to make me a millionaire within a month and i fell for those fake promises
When i found igmfx i didn’t believe i could succeed and make profit as i thought they’ll be the same
In reality IGM FX is a reliable broker. I spent much time to check it out and text but now i am sure there’s no point to seek any other broker
Regulated by CySec, friendly and polite support team, honest, effective and clever account managers being aware of the sales behavior aimed at clients’ ability to make money, and of course, educational materials like ebooks and webinars. That’s all that you can have for free!

Don't do business with these people! I was scammed by a fake news item on Facebook and created an account with initial deposit of 250 euro. Stupid with my knowledge now but easy to fall for it when you're enthusiastic, tired and impatient after a busy day. They called me immediately after my deposit to help fill in my account. Very strange of course and I knew at this point this was no good. But I thought I couldn't go back and wanted to figure out how to retrieve my money. My advice is hang up and immediately request for a withdrawal on their website. I got 240 euro back after a few days. I considered the 10 euro as tuition fees. Their goal is to persuade you to put more money in so they can trade irresponsibly. They're very aggressive and rude accusing me of lying and running away! Now they call me several times a day with different phone numbers, very annoying. That's the price I paid...hopefully you will read this and prevent all this! By the way, don't believe the fake positive reviews on this site, they're simply not true. Also the replies of Igmfx "sorry for your negative experience blablabla" are fake. Don't buy it!

I never thought i would be righting a review but this has to be done, it is long but well worth reading before you make a decision to trade with IGMFX
these are the hi lights of my time with IGMFX

i was happy to sign up and pay my monies to them for a platform to trade, after much cajoling from their broker i signed up to the gold platform at a cost of £10,000
i expected assistance and guidance and UGMFX knowledge as i had shown good faith with my financial transaction, how wrong could i be, as it happens very wrong, of all the future calls i received 90%were calls to extract more money from myself, with a small amount of advice thrown in as to what and how to trade
in turn i was left to my own devices to do the best i could with novice knowledge, as you can imagine my money disappeared fast and the only calls i received were to give them more money to carry on trading when my platform collapsed
i refused but changed my mind when they offered myself £3,000 to trade if i put more of my own money in, i agreed only to find out the £3,000 was actually my own money from my original transaction of £10,000 from my collapsed platform
go figure they keep the remaining monies if you fail

I've never experienced such an annoying bunch of employees. So far I have blocked over 30 numbers and stil they keep calling me for more than a year. I will have to change my phone number or just keep blocking then. No matter if you don't want their service they behave like vultures.

Be careful and be aware with this company, employees are like a fox and tear you apart like wolves and you will never get any profit for your investments, no matter how much you invest, and in the end, you'll get your own money if you are very lucky

I'm sorry if you lost loads of money. Did you just get started? This is how I got out of it, so it must work for you as well.
1. I created an account and deposited 250 euros. Directly after I made the deposit I realised it was a scam. My belated gut feeling was confirmed by the website of the Dutch police; IGM FX is known to be untrustworthy and the Dutch police discourages people to do business with them. For Dutch people: op de website van de politie vind je een overzicht van bekende malafide handelspartijen. Je kunt zoeken op bijvoorbeeld rekeningnummer.
2. I logged into my IGM FX account and asked for a withdrawal.
3. Nikolas A called me. He told me I had to send my documents (passport, etc) to verify my account due to laws and regulation. I told him I knew they were a scam and he got very annoyed. I hang up on him.
4. I sent them an email saying I reconsidered and wanted to make an appeal on my 14 day right of withdrawal. Please note that this is applicable for each and every product and service you buy online. I also mentioned that it was not necessary to provide any documents, since I decided to cancel my registration.
5. I missed several calls from Guy K, an account manager, and received an email from him. Guy K was extremely annoyed that I did not answer my phone "I do have a very busy schedule as well, so I understand time management". Excuse me, Guy? Off course he only wanted to help, as he said that "one of the biggest trading events of the quarter was coming up". Sure, Guy. I responded by saying I wanted out and there was no reason for him to call me again.
6. I received an email: my account had been verified successfully through the use of electronic identity verification.
Please be aware that I did not mail them any documents!
7. I received an email: I needed to fill out a form and send a copy of my passport to complete my request for a withdrawal.
I did not respond to this email.
8. I received an email: my withdrawal request had been processed.
Please be aware that I did not mail them any documents!
9. I received an email: my withdrawal request had been approved and it would take up to 5 business days to get my money back.
10. After 3 days I received 240 of my 250 euros.
Anyone who is claiming that this company is trustworthy is a complete and utter liar. Do you really believe a trustworthy company uses false advertising on fake websites with fake testimonials? Think again.

I am not sure, but they have scammed me for a big part of my deposit. They have sent me all sorts of documents for several days to get my money back and they want a big fee for doing so. Every time i send back a document with information, they have a new one. Probably waiting for me to give up. It was easy enough to put the money in there. I have found a better solution and dont recommend igmfx at all.

Update: I got part of my deposit back so just be aware that there's a fee for withdrawal. I see they also want my info from trustpilot in order to contact me, but honestly, they have been spamming me with phone calls since I created the account. I have blocked the numbers as they come and dont want to give any information so they can continue to contact me.

I had a "consultant" from IGM helping me to create the account and he was quite agressive and fast and did not inform me about the fee beforehand. Yes, juridically i should have read all about it, but I was being guided and trusted the consultant. I'm done with this now and just take the loss. Bye IGM

I didn't even go through fully with the registration, but they started calling me anyway. I started reading about IGM FX here on Trustpilot and decided that this isn't for me, I don't want to be called by people with an "aggressive" sales approach. As I sat here reading, they called me, even though I hadn't finished the registration. I said I'm not interested and that I don't have time to talk. He said "why don't you have time to talk", and I said "that's none of your business", he then said "why do you create an account if you don't have time to talk?". Then I just got annoyed and said bye and hung up. Don't register, these are some pushy rude guys!

Update! Since I wrote this I get like ten calls a day from different trading companies in the UK. They just won't stop calling!

Update 2!
They have now called multiple times a day and won't accept no for an answer. I tell them i'm not interested and hang up, five seconds later the same guy calls me again, and again, and again! They call from Sweden, UK & Australia, and everytime I say stop calling me they just say: I haven't called you before. Of course you haven't, but someone else from your company has!

Stay away from this company!!! They refuse to remove you from their lists and call from different numbers every time so you cant block them either!
