I just created an account and didn’t upload the required documents yet. I got 2 call directly even on Sunday!
Very inappropriate behaviour on the call pushing to upload.
I first want to see if I can withdraw my money. If this works then I would be willing to explore further.

@IGMFX, thanks for the response but first facilitate my withdraw. Then w’ll talk. Don’t say you need my documents first to withdraw. I also made a deposit without documents so I should be able to withdraw without.
If not, I will take action. AFM and others might be interested in your ways of working.....

Very aggressive and pushy style to rush a customer to deposit and deposit more. Instantly after registering within 2 second a manager called and before I had a chance to take a look at the platform he rushed me to deposit at least 250 to start with and that I will be signed for a manager who would help me learn trading. I did the deposit in that second thinking I could withdraw anytime if I decide not to trade. Well, this second manager who is assigned to “help me” did nothing but showed me how to take a trade on his demo account and telling me winning amount but got up set when I asked about the loosing possibilities. He considered me as a fool who is to be leaded easily since I should have believe in him helping me to make lots and lots of money within DAYS and not even weeks and that I could quit my job anytime after he has taught me to trade. Well, if he is that good to beat the market then why is he still working to earn his salary? And before he would spend time teaching me he would need to know if I am willing to put more money or otherwise it would be a waste is this time 😏 He was aggressively trying to get me deposit 100.000€ or 250.000€ (small money according to him) because 250€ is nothing and 25.000€ also would be nothing than a waste of his time. I can tell you that he wasted my time. I decided to request a withdrawal immediately because I don’t appreciate the style of how this company works, trying to scamming innocent people, giving the nonsense promises of profits and earnings no one can guarantee in advance and urge them to deposit the insane money before even get started. Anyone who was been trading or investing should know how unpredictable the market is. I will get you updated how it goes with withdrawal and how long it takes for company to pay back customer’s money. Meanwhile, stay away from this site! There are nothing else but greedy “managers” haunting to dry out your money.

Update: So I received my withdrawal back in 3 business days which is considered quick enough with processing. It seems there is no possibility to learn trading with demo account (for example a first month when signing) unless you deposit money. Which is a shame because I would have like to learn trading with my own free time without manager harassing and pushing me immediately after signing and phone call terrorism daily from this company.

Keep calling like 4-5 times a day, even thou i asked them to stop!
Need to block the numbers, because they don't understand NO!
I get emails even thou, I unsubscribed like 4 times now!
Stay away from this! SPAM all the way.

One of the easiest platforms out there.
Reviews say aggressive. That’s very unfair.
My manager calls me three times a week. He emails me every morning. Aggressive. Never.
This company is a trading platform.
People should remember that.
It’s not a get rich quick solution.
You have to enjoy it and you have to remember it’s long term.

I am in the service industry
The service i get at IGM is by far the best, i have had accounts with various platforms, They tell me risk, i came for Bitcoin and was told of the risk and the entry price, before i even told them what i want to invest. They have looked after me and helped since January, I never write reviews, However i felt is well deserved. Thanks

Read the reviews and not sure what to make of it. I have had an account for 8 weeks and found only good things to say. I have a senior account manager who has shown me how to trade, im not making a fortune but im not losing on the same token. I had a great result on XRP and not so good on Bitcoin, but i asked is it good or bad to trade on Crypto currencies. I was told there's a risk with everything, this is what im confused about, the reviews say something different, I am happy and dealing with an english guy.

Opened a depot at what turned out to be igmfx via a fake advertisement. Requests to return the deposit will not be accepted. Several phone calls and emails daily with the request to upload personal documents. I do not wish to go into this. Chat support is repeatedly cut off. Support via e-mail is of no benefit. Clear case of a scam.

Via een fake advertentie een depot geopend bij wat later bleek igmfx te zijn. Op verzoeken tot het terugstorten van het depot wordt niet ingegaan. Dagelijks meerdere telefoontjes en emails met het verzoek tot het uploaden van persoonlijke documenten. Ik wens hier niet op in te gaan. Support via chat wordt bij herhaling afgebroken. Support via mail levert niets op. Duidelijk geval dus van een scam!

Absolute joke!!!!! Click baited into signing up to IGMFX when trying to sign up for another trading platform. Take £250 off you for deposit based on drivers licence but then upon realising I have been duped have to then "authorise" my account with a passport copy and pictures of CC I paid with as well as sign a deposit declaration form. All so my unwanted account can be approved before I could withdraw my money! Once done withdraw finally went ahead but they only refunded me £240 and charged £10 withdrawal fee. Withdrawal policy clearly states the first withdrawal is free of charge thereafter there is a £10 fee, not once in the numerous emails and telephone conversations was I ever told I would incur a fee as I was adamant I was getting my £250 back. Completely ignored my request to confirm the £250 refund and take what does not belong to them in a "withdrawal fee" claiming it is written in a separate policy that they are within their rights to do so.

Also numerous calls from a number of European based people off random numbers and also 020 numbers pushing me to start trading! One woman who called actually had house music playing in the background saying "yeah, but come on why don't you want to trade" = NON STOP!! Phone got put down on her multiple others and I requested my data be immediately removed from their database as I want nothing to do with this company! This was confirmed but I do not believe them!! Be warned - stay away from this company if you want to avoid a headache

Scam / Fraud - WARNING - do not deal with these guys. I've lost 550 EUR in creation of an account. Don't trust them. I did never get anything from. They keep on calling agrresively form many different number in different countries.

IGMFX is a safe broker. It is one of the best brokers in the field of the financial market. I have fantastic experience trading with this broker. It provides a user-friendly environment for its client. The broker also has a superbly quick withdrawal process. The service provided by the broker is praiseworthy. I would recommend this broker to everyone.

Daily Harassment, getting 20 calls a day and they are not ready to even listen to us. Have told multiple times that am not interested and have contacted the igmfx support and they confirmed that the account is deleted, but still getting calls from igmfx.

Update : igmfx support team have removed my details and account is closed now. No more calls!!! Thank you igmfx support team.

Several of the brokers harass me by calling several times a day even after I've asked them to cancel my account multiple times.
They have explicitly said they will continue to call me until I long onto their website and follow the instructions. A man named Franco was the most recent one to call me. They continue to try to get me to deposit money into an account (as they make a commission) then try to tell you that you can withdraw your money within a few days if you aren't happy. It's all a scam.
