Xavier Riggleman was the best Consultant to update us on signing up for the home warranty plan! he updated our records and gave us the best information to lower our gas bill!

I didn’t know about the solar rebate I…

I didn’t know about the solar rebate I was suppose to be getting on my bill. Also you saved me a lot of money on my Kw hour charge I was being charged. Your representative was kind and very informative about the process.

You don't confirm email addresses for your clients before sending them links to set up their accounts. This is incredibly careless and so far from best practices it's laughable.

Customer service was excellent

The person we talked to explained everything and answered all our questions. She made sure we totally understood everything. We were going to change our supplier but after talking to her we decided to continue with IGS.

A terrific experience on 04.20.26

On 04.20.26, my husband and I met with one of your Home Energy Consultants, Mariah. She was thorough, knowledgeable and so friendly, business-like and easy to understand. She was able to save us a considerable amount of money on our gas and electric bills. Her help and professionalism were greater appreciated. A 5-☆ Employee for sure!

I was told I'd be getting electricity…

I was told I'd be getting electricity at a certain rate which I agreed to but was later informed that it would be .03 higher. That's a lot when buying electricity. Will be shopping for new supplier

The representative Destiny was excellent

The representative Destiny was friendly, answered all of my questions and consulted with her manager when she needed to confirm the new contract and rates for gas and electricity. Her work was customer service with excellence!

IGS appears to be pricey

I live in Plain Township, Stark County Ohio. Plain Township is discontinuing our electric aggregation program with Dynegy. In extolling the virtues of IGS, the gentleman left out one fact: My base rate will increase 27.8%. Data: IGS Base Fixed Rate is $0.1149 per KWH. My Dynegy rate was $0.083 ($23.38/283 KWH for March).
Here is the math: (0.1149-0.083)/0.1149*100%=27.8%
