We had a great experience with the company! They provided good transportation for us, picking us from the airport and the hotel on time. The tour guide for the 1st day of the tour on the Argentina side of Iguaza Falls was very friendly. However, the tour guide for the 2nd day of the tour on the Brazil side could be more friendly. Our contact Walter Gutierrez is very helpful. He provided assistance all the way through. Overall, we like the company and would like to recommend it to other people.

The arrangements made by Lucia Rubio were prompt and professional. The taxi and airline booking were done well. Having traveled from California, we had to prompt the taxis and agent the day before to verify the appointment to feel comfortable. But they were prompt and courteous. The tour guide was good and knowledgeable. We covered amazing views from Argentina's and Brazil’s sides of the Iguazu Falls, including a helicopter tour. The weather also cooperated to make our trip comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, the trip was excellent.

The arrangements made by Mauro went perfectly well without a hitch. The pickup was on time and airline booking was done well. The tour guide Paulo was excellent. He received us at Iguazu airport and dropped us off after the tour on time. The tour itself was well done except for the really hot weather which Paulo couldn’t do anything about.
Overall the trip was excellent.

A wonderful excursion. We took the trip from Puerto Iguazu to the Brazilian side of the Falls. The bus and guide collected us on time. They were very friendly and answered all our questions. Plus the guide took care of all the border crossing activities. Communication before the tour was great... all my questions were responded to quickly. We had approximately 2.5hrs at the Falls, which was enough. I would recommend and I'd use again if ever I get the privilege to visit again. Thanks team.

Wow! Amazing tour and so well organized from start to finish! Our personal guide through the park, Lorena was so knowable about so many things. She was patient and helped us make the most of our experience at Iguazu Falls. Thank you to Walter for being so very responsive to all my questions & even tracking our delayed flight to let our taxi driver know when to pick us up & take us back to our hotel. We had a fantastic day!

Only had a day to visit Iguazu during a short trip to Buenos Aires with wife and 2 children. Minute after booking, I was contacted by Walter regarding details for the tour. From transfers to and from the airport, airline tickets, park fees and activities, tour guide, everything was handled professionally and flawlessly. Walter was always an email away and made a rather complicated day trip very easy to manage. Happy and comfortable to recommend their services for a day adventure to Iguazu. They will take care of you.

I had a very successful guided tour of the Iguazu Falls from RipoTurism. Their driver picked us up at the airport and took us to all of the relevant sites of the falls. The Guide was informative and helpful in getting our tickets and plotting the best path. I felt that we received the services I paid for and got the most value out of the experience.

Our trip was incredible! We can’t say enough good things about our guide, Samuel! My sister and her friend were so grateful for how personable and friendly he was. I felt we hit the jackpot as far as tours go.

We enjoyed every part of the experience! The jungle trail was interesting and the boat ride was very exciting. However, we thought the price was quite high, especially since we didn't see any animals in the safari.

We had private tour, just the 2 of us, which considering the attention and efficiency was great value for money. We saw both sides of the falls[recommended]. Best of all was our guide Lorena who was so knowledgeable about all the flora and fauna and managed the day to avoid queues and crowds.

We were a group of 6 and can only recomend the agency! We were picked from Brazilian airport, visited the Brazilian side of the falls, then on the next day moved to Argentinian side and left from the Argentinian airport. The tour guide Damu was amazing! He is kind, provides valuable tips, organized the two days so we can see everything. We didn't wait anywhere! We crossed the border from Brazil to Argentina for 5 minutes maximum and Damu prepared the papers in advance. We asked for changes of the agreed schedule due to the weather and all was fine with no extra charge. The communication was perfect, Damo was on time all days and with great attention to details- we had time for pictures, for shopping, organization was perfect!Thank you, you made one time of experience for all of us!

Everything was well organised and on time. The tour guide was excellent. There was enough time to enjoy the views and the tour was not rushed. The lunch in El Fortin Cataratas was a delight!

We only had one day at Iguazu but we managed to see both sides of the falls thanks to our wonderful guide, Freddy. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful day. We even fitted in the Helicopter flight which was amazing. Definately a highlight of our trip!

The guide tour to Argentinien side of Iguazu was amazing. Our guide Valentina was very nice and competent. It was nice to meet her and speak with her. We met interesting people in our group, it was nice to talk to them. Everything was well organized. We were really satisfied and greatful, that we can see Iguazu. I highly recommend. The company claims it has existed for 23 years, but I wonder how it survived 23 days. First, it took 4 days to get the vouchers that we paid for. Then it took another day to find out what time we will be picked up at our hotel. For each step a large number of e-mails were required. I can add that we tried calling and so did our hotel, but they never answered the phone, so I wasted 10$ calling a number, pressing a number for English service and then after 3 minutes of waiting, the company ended the call. We did not receive any clear itinerary. When the taxidriver came to pick us up to take us to the airport, he did not even know where to go. When we arrived at the airport it took 40 minutes to figure out where check-in is, as we did not get any instructions about this. At check-in they told us that the flight was overbooked and they only had place for one of us!!! The man behind the counter asked why the agency did not send boarding passes and we wondered as well. He also pointed out there is a link to press to download a boarding pass, but the agency never sent us the link. Thus, it seemed we would have spent over 1,700$ without even being able to fly there! I was stubborn, though, so the man gave me a standby pass. It was very nerve-wrecking, but at the end, I was able to board. I can add I tried calling the emergency number that the agency gave us, but the people there only speak Spanish, so it was of no help.

When we arrived the tour guide was amazing and helped us a lot, but she does not work directly for IguazuFalls.com but rather she works for a different agency that cooperates with them.

We paid 180$ for the boat trip, but the agency did not inform us that the purpose of the boat trip was not to get a scenic view of the falls, but rather the purpose was to get soaking wet. All the other passengers had been informed about this from their agency so they took with them an extra pair of dry clothes and rain jackets. Luckily, our guide was thoughtful about bought for us 2 plastic rain ponchos, but I still got my pants all wet and was afraid of catching pneumonia if I were to walk around in wet pants all day, so I had to buy jogging pants for about 50$ at one of the stores there.

The guide was great and the falls were great, but the agency was amazingly terrible. I have deal with many travel agencies all over the world in my life, but never did I come across one that was this incompetent.

"We absolutely loved the pass. It took all the stress out of the transfers as we didn’t know how it would work crossing the border. The guide took charge and made it very straightforward. Especially as very few people speak English.
The tours were extremely well planned, the guide, Emanuel was friendly, enthusiastic, funny and knowledgeable. His English was excellent and we would recommend him to anyone.
There were no issues and we were very happy with everything.

Lucia worked diligently and professionally to cater our trip to our family’s needs. The communication with the drivers and guides was easy - all through WhatsApp.
Our guide was helpful and informative.
Much better to use experienced guides in the parks to help navigate the train and pathways.
The Grand Adventure was the highlight of Iguauzu and well worth the money.
And we would recommend visiting the Brazilian side too.

Amazing experience from the start to the end! The staff are so kind, and knowledgeable, and the captain of the boat has amazing skills!! I went with my parents (79 and 82 years old, one with a cane) and children (11 and 8), and they were able to do it. My kids and I did the small hike, while my parents took the jeep ride down. The company was even able to help me with the photos a week after our trip. I highly recommend this experience!!! Oh, you WILL get wet!! Buy the 5$ plastic poncho at the shop! Super thrilling and worth every penny!! Thank you for the unforgettable experience!! OH, and buy the video, its of the WHOLE boat ride, I am so glad we could share the videos, describing the experience did not do it justice!! Its CRAZY!!!!
