i'm a seller and I had a very bad experience with this platform as a seller. When I wanted to delete my account, the platform did not allow me to do it properly. I was also asked to send $100, and then one week later my account was suspended.
This experience made me feel like the platform is not trustworthy. As a seller, I expected clear support and a fair process, but instead I felt blocked and treated unfairly. I would not recommend this platform based on my experience.

Don't buy from here. My friend and I bought Fortnite accounts and could only use them for a month. After that, we lost access, the seller ignored us, and support sided with the seller, ignoring us completely. They're all thieves. Stay away from this site. The seller even relisted the same accounts he had taken from us.

I’m honestly very disappointed with IGVault.
Since 2022, I have been trying to get an account back, but my issue has still not been properly solved. At first, the seller replied to a few emails, but after that I was simply ignored. What makes it worse is that the seller is still active on IGVault and continues selling.
The support team writes in a friendly way and says they want to help or involve a manager, but in the end nothing really happens. To me, it feels like they are just trying to keep the buyer calm instead of actually fixing the problem. Instead of a real solution, I was offered a 6% discount, which does not solve my issue at all.
I have been waiting for proper help for years and I don’t feel taken seriously. Because of this, I cannot recommend IGVault.

I bought a TikTok account from IGV and…
I bought a TikTok account from IGV and paid in full. I received the login details immediately after payment, which looks reassuring at first. But the moment I tried to connect, the account did not exist at all – the credentials led to nothing. I paid for a product that was never actually delivered (I have screen shot that can be shared).
I contacted the chat support straight away to ask for a refund. They refused to issue an immediate refund and told me to wait 48 hours instead. I find it hard to trust that promise when the company clearly does not even verify that the accounts it sells actually exist before taking the money.
Selling something without checking it works, then taking payment and delaying the refund, is not acceptable. I'm requesting a full refund and warning others to be very careful before buying here.
