I'M a Seller, I have been trying to verify my…Pure Waste of Time! Broken System & Useless Support
I have been trying to verify my identity for over a week, but my verification keeps getting rejected.
The verification provider (Sumsub) successfully accepts and processes my government ID, but the verification on iGV's platform continues to fail. I tried multiple times with valid documents but couldn't complete the process.
I also contacted customer support several times. Although they responded quickly, I only received the same standard replies and my issue was not resolved. Unfortunately, there was no option for a manual review.
I am a genuine seller with a 5.0 rating on Fameswap, and my documents are valid. Despite that, I was unable to complete the verification process.
Based on my experience, the verification system needs significant improvement. If you encounter the same issue, be prepared for delays and consider whether the platform meets your needs before investing more time.
