It used to be a good company, teachers are very good, but be careful! They have just changed recently, and will cancel all your lessons without notice! Customer services have hired an army of mean people. Just said it has been expired and ask you to buy more lessons instead. They apology a lot, but half of the lessons I bought are wasted, worth 400 USD. Do not buy their lesson packages, you will regret! This is a company with no credit.

Please think twice before signing.

My daughter doesn’t like Chinese much. But Teacher Jiang is very patient with her. I can tell she made quite bit progress. She can understand simple Chinese pretty good. I hope she will continue learning Chinese.

My kids have been learning Chinese with HanTok for almost 3 years. The teacher is very professional and kids friendly. My kids love their teacher- Ms Jiang. We will continue to our lessons with Hantok.

HanTok’s teacher is experience, patient & professional. Both of my sons has joined HanTok class more than 1 year. Can see both of them easy to catch up in Mandarin and definitely will let them continue class with HanTok. Highly recommended. 👍🏻

Good service n well train teacher make my daughter love n enjoy of learning ! This is the 3rd time we continue signing it.

Teacher is great and friendly. The course is good as well.

HanTok teachers are very responsible, my children's Chinese scores have been improved, and teachers can adjust the way of teaching according to the child's learning level.When my children are frustrated because Chinese is difficult, teachers always help them regain their self-confidence.

Please think twice before joining. Because after I sign up so many changes. This and that cannot. Good Teachers all left the company. Either you can’t book or something else. Customer service is bad too. Hopeless, don’t think this company will last.

Hantok is surely lack of customer service, lack of standard , inexperienced teacher.

I am with Hantok for 4 months ,
1) often upload the wrong worksheet , and it took like years for them to up load the right one , hence lesson end up become reading because material is not correct

2) was told to fixed with 1 teacher and fixed a timing , however after few lesson , teacher can’t make it for 1 lesson which we accommodate , and later the admin told us to book ourself through the platform , end up teacher don’t have the usual slot .

3)Teacher has difficulties to make student focus on lesson .

4) admin service Diana is really rude to assist us when ever there are issue with the material and booking .

5) started one lesson and they say they change new platform , hence the new platform has problem uploading worksheet for homework , which has to be send via WhatsApp.

6) previously done worksheet not mark nor go through with the student . There is not review with student home work.

7) technical issue with the material not uploaded hence we waited more than 15 mins before the lesson could start, however teacher only extend 5 mins.

Very interesting learning of Chinese through online for one to one. My son love it.

only had one lesson but it looks promising. similar style of teaching as my daughter's old school. The teacher was flexible about upping her Chinese proficiency level after my child found the level allocated to be too easy.

Hantok teaching method is lively and not boring. Teachers are interactive and able to cultivate the children’s learning. Children become confidence when comes to writing and vocabulary learning.

Teacher and coordinator are nice and friendly. The course itself is good too.

Very good, efficient, fast to pick up and easy to learn.

I personally like the pinyin. A very responsive and result oriented team.

The teacher teaches patiently, the class is interesting, the child likes to learn a lot of things

Good customer services and teaching method (1-to-1 online class). My son obviously improved his chinese :)
