Avoid if you can.
Ordered some stuff from ikea.ee. Courier called and i was told that timeslot 17-21 in reality means 16:40-17:10. That's how long the courier was willing to wait. After that no contact, no answer to e-mails how to get my order and after few times of staying in phone line listening 30mins of music, the support wasn't helpful either. Finally after a month got my money back, but of course without s&h and again still no reply to my e-mails. Finally got one on christmas day, saying it's all by the rules. Worst customer support.
