Delivery not as promised at point of sale. Further telephone calls are all negative. Poor service is an understatement. Any supplier but IKEA in the future. Talks the talk but can’t walk the walk. IKEA will not exist if it Carrie’s on at its present state. My advise is to do not leave deposits. If any required item is not in stock then walk away and shop elsewhere.

IKEA Kitchen delivery today ruined a great experience with the lady from the online planning service in Zaragoza. The delivery driver was horrible. So rude, clearly hates his job. 99€ for the delivery and he did not want to wait until I checked the items were correct. All he was interested in was whether it was the correct number of boxes not whether the items matched the delivery note list. I refused to sign, he said well I'm leaving but didn't. My advice, no matter how much they have to wait check your items and do not sign until you do. They cannot leave without a signature!

Ordered 1,277€ worth of goods and due to an experience last year where I lost 40€ delivery charge because the driver could not be bothered to deliver my goods at home I had my order delivered to a Shop Address that I have to pay to get orders delivered.
I had around 20 plus boxes delivered last Friday to the Shop and collected them after it was delivered.
I checked through every box and 2 x set of 6 tumblers Costing 12€ were missing from the order.
I chased this up by messenger yesterday as the Customer Service number cut me off twice when being answered.
I received a message today from Ikea on Messenger to advise that the delivery note for the 20 plus boxes was signed for and there is nothing they can do ? Not a word of sorry for a customer that has just spent 1,277 euros with them. I advised that their delivery driver would not wait for half an hour whilst every box was checked and this time was thanked for my comments.
Please do not use this company for deliveries because if it goes wrong the staff just do not want to know and are obviously trained to be rude. I would hardly claim 12€ of item was missing when spending 1,277€ in total.
I only gave a 1 star because I had to ! On the day of delivery I was called to ask directions to the delivery address when they deliver a substantial amount of goods over the year.
Be Proud Ikea of your 1.5 Stars it truly represents a cheap unprofessional operation. Well Done .

IKEA es una pésima compañía cuando se trata de dar servicio al cliente. En mí caso, puse todos los muebles del piso y además hice la cocina con ellos. La COCINA nunca la terminaron, la dejaron hecha un desastre, el refrigerador me lo entregaron todo rayado y golpeado. Aún con todas las quejas puestas con ellos y las reclamaciones con la comunidad de Cataluña, España, no hicieron nada por reparar la cocina ni cambiarme una pieza de la cama que está dañada y es de fábrica.
EVITEN hasta donde puedan IKEA a menos que no les importe perder su dinero y su tiempo. PESIMO SERVICIO al CLIENTE.
IKEA is a terrible company when it comes to customer service. In my case, I put all the furniture on the floor and also made the kitchen with them. The KITCHEN was never finished; they left it a mess, the refrigerator was delivered to me all scratched and smashed. Even with all the complaints filed with them and the claims with the community of Catalonia, Spain, they did nothing to repair the kitchen or change a piece of the bed that is damaged and is from the factory.
AVOID IKEA as far as possible unless you don't mind wasting your money and time. LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The customer service is a joke. They do not care and they are liars. They pretend to deliver but in fact, they don’t. They will send u a message saying that the attempt of the delivery failed and actually no one even contact you for that. And again they will send u an email saying that it will be again tomorrow and again they lie. I was waiting 4 days for them and no one showed up!!! Now, try to contact them, no one answers on this number 900 400 922. They are the worst in the world. I do not understand why they is no quality control from the main IKEA?? Incompetent or thieves?
I made an order for almost €2,500, on 18th November. The order was accepted and the money taken out of the bank account. 30 minutes later the order was cancelled and I received an email saying the money would be returned in 2-3 days. That was 4 weeks ago, but the money was never returned.
I have called, used online chat, gone to the store in Barcelona & sent emails. Always they say that the money was never taken because the payment was rejected. When I show them the online bank statement with the payment on it, they insist that it must be a mistake. It is like talking to a Little Britain "Computer Says No" character.
It looks like they will keep my money and I can think of no other options than, are they simply incompetent or are they thieves? Maybe there are other options, but I can not think of any.

I have now waited two weeks for the delivery and called customer support 3 times and promising that the delivery is on its way. On the third day they inform me the logistics company ENVIALIA tried to deliver. This logistics is a big joke and how come do IKEA use this low budget delivery company. Made an online order with home delivery. 2-4 working days delivery time. After waiting for over 2 weeks and loads of email later I still haven’t received my purchased goods. Don’t even know how many hours I’ve spent at home waiting for delivery. Envialia is the name of the carrier. Very very bad indeed.

Worst experience ever. Don’t do it. First they canceled my order with no explanation. I waited another 2 weeks and the delivery Never showed. They said they had been here and I wasn’t home, but we have a concierge & we were home, so that’s impossible. IKEA wanted to charge us delivery again, it took 45 minutes of arguing with them and an official complaint, until they then waived the second fee for delivery. When items arrived over a week later, the box was half open and 3 ITEMS MISSING with Sama Logistica company, who refused any responsibility. Now over 1 hour later on the phone with customer service & NO HELP. No answer on Their social media platform either. We have waited over 1 month total now, paid and are missing out things. Worst experience ever. Not worth it.
