Poor experience with ikea

Poor experience. There were issues with delivery. Now I have quality issues. Sent them photos and videos as a proof but they are not willing to admit it.

Still Waiting! IKEA.hr Uses an Unreliable Courier (Overseas Express)

I would love to review the product I ordered from IKEA.hr, but unfortunately, I can’t – because it hasn’t even been delivered yet! IKEA uses Overseas Express, a completely unreliable courier company that has been holding my order in their warehouse for three days. Their only response to my inquiry was a generic excuse about "high shipment volumes," with no actual delivery update.

What’s the point of online shopping if the delivery service is this bad? IKEA should seriously reconsider working with Overseas Express, as their incompetence ruins the entire experience. Until they fix their logistics, I cannot recommend ordering from IKEA.hr.

Stay away from Ikea in Croatia. Just don't go there or order anything on-line.

Ikea in Croatia (especially on-line store) does not meet or respect any of the basic Ikea standards. No customer service, totally useless bots and terrible or better non-existent communication. The only system that works are on-line ordering and payment, but then everything stops. You order items that are available, but it takes them weeks before they start packing a single, lightweight item. No updates, no tracking no delivery. They do their utmost to hide their contact info on their web site (even if you're signed in and are trying to find out what is going on with your purchased goods and promised delivery. Their service used to be much better a few years ago, but since then the IKEA performance in Croatia has now hit rock bottom.

Online orders a massive disappointment - Mrežne narudžbe su veliko razočaranje

Online narudžbu namještaja napravili smo 27. rujna, a do danas, 1. prosinca, narudžba još uvijek nije sklopljena. Kuhinja koju smo kupili bila je samo djelomično sastavljena, a zatim samo nedovršena. Nisu nas ni obavijestili. Na neke e-poruke njihovoj korisničkoj službi nikad se ne odgovara.
Kada razgovarate sa svakim članom osoblja, svi su ljubazni, ali njihovo praćenje i njihovi sustavi su noćna mora. Platili smo montažu i sada imamo gomile kutija u stanu. Ogromno razočarenje!
We made an online furniture order on 27 September, and to date, on 1 December, the order still has not been assembled. A kitchen we bought was only assembled partially, and then just left uncompleted. They did not even inform us. Some emails to their customer service are never answered.
When talking to each staff member, they are all friendly, but their follow through and their systems are a nightmare. We have paid for assembly, and now we have piles of boxes in our flat. A massive disappointment!
