First class service to a happy customer.
I made an enquiry just before Christmas and received a comprehensive quote within hours. I decided to go ahead with the installation after the holidays. Everything was delivered exactly as ordered the day after my confirmation and payment. I installed the system myself over the next few days with no problems, no missing bits or anything else to hold me up. I'm an electrician, not a builder, but any competent person can do the job (well, maybe not the final skim!)
Their customer service was excellent with prompt responses from a clearly knowledgeable team. The product that I installed (on a brick party wall) does exactly what it is supposed to do.
I would have no hesitation in recommending the company to anyone with a sound proofing project.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. My sound issue was very infrequent and minor, so I can't yet say exactly how effective the soundproofing is, but the product looks very good quality and was installed easily.

Excellent Professional Service
I filled in the information online and got a reasonable quote via email with everything needed to complete the job.
I had a few questions regarding my soundproofing project such as plug sockets and wall mounted tv, Oliver was able to answer these and was very knowledgable.
Placed my order and will be installing the soundproofing soon

Great customer service.
Very helpful with the order and despite and issue with the basket it was soon resolved. Product seems very good and as described,muteboard 4 not yet fitted so can’t comment. Delivery as promised so very happy so far.
