We purchased some soundproofing "mutemats" from Ikoustic Soundproofing. Our baby sleeps directly above my husband's home study. We are really pleased with the result. My little one is able to peacefully nap during the day and my husband can make calls and have meetings without being disturbed. I would certainly recommend Ikoustic, the service has been fantastic!

Oli advised on all points so i got what i needed. The delivery was exactly on time, be mindful of the size and weight you are getting, it was a 7.5t lorry and we had a forktruck.
Just need to install it now.

I couldn’t get the products I needed at…
I couldn’t get the products I needed at my local builders merchants and I had a look on the internet for places that did it and come across ikoustic I spoke to a very helpful person and after ordering the bits I needed I had them the next day rushed out to me so I’m going to give 5 stars.

Good information on product, helpful chat and good delivery
Good information on the product I was seeking (Tecsound SY70 half rolls), and helpful chat to check it would meet my needs. Also confirmed I wanted the half-rolls separated so I could handle them easily on delivery - nice touch.

Really friendly, affable, helpful people.
First class customer service and after sales support.
I'm doing the work myself which feels a little daunting at times but Richard (from ikoustic) kept in frequent contact and gave helpful guidance.

Your thoughts and comments are important to us and we always take note of our customers feedback and comments.
We certainly take the comments about pricing onboard.
That said and in response, I would like to explain some of the background. that there are a number of factors impacting the prices here. Let's deal with the easy one first. As you state correctly, our product prices for Tecsound are very competitive, certainly with the two products you purchased, we are the lowest in the UK for these two specific product lines.
As you will have noticed by now, they are very heavy products and at 44kg for 1 roll, they cannot be sent with a regular courier. This means we offer a half pallet rate to try to mitigate the costs where we can. A Half pallet rate covers from 50kg to 500kg.
This means that your pallet was certainly at the bottom end of this scale. Additionally with the current and dramatic hike in fuel/delivery pricing our ongoing attempts to keep prices competitive is a bit like pushing water uphill at the moment.
