Where to begin,
Being a NEW, to technology and not enjoying the experience at all, I pushed the buttons and came across ilaroc and that web site of delusion. Ordered an I-phone dash mount holder. Not waiting with any anticipation due to the lack of responses of a variety of my pleasant emails was, a crushed box and a cereal packet toy that I now called MAFFY. Reason, I came up with the name is, that if I could purchase Ken and Barby accessories I still could not decide whether it reminds me on a MINI man or woman. So MAFFY comes from hamafridite, not either but concluded. Rather than the tedious process of complaint I have spunked £15.00 on a product assembled by a retired Pacific Fisherman. I keep MAFFY by my I-pad and use Amazon-(yes pay more tax owner of)- and move forward, So I thank myself of purchasing a friend for £15.00 pounds only. Use this site and a polished fallout from a drunken donkey-( known as a road apple)-may appear on your welcome mat, do not remove it from the crushed packaging.
P.S. Apple UK enjoyed the phone conversation. I do believe they are using it in Mondays management meeting and asked if I could forward any further deportment to Apple US. Pondering and the look of LOVE from my new friend. Regards.

I’ve definitely been scammed DO NOT BUY FROM THIS JOKER!!!!

I ordered 2 watch bands for the Apple Watch. One arrived fairly quickly. I emailed as to further information about the missing band as the dispatch email said they would both be together. I received a prompt reply saying it had been dispatched separately and would be received any day. Weeks later, I have still not received the band and the seller will now not respond to emails.

Do not buy from this company.

Like many others this is zero stars. Described the item poorly as colour was not as described but they send out no return details and ignore contact requests for refunds etc.

Purchased an iphone 6 leather folding case. Arrived very quickly however the moulded volume buttons were so rigid they did not operate the phone.
Made a complaint and the seller responded within an hour or so suggesting i need to work in the buttons (I rarely use the volume buttons so their advice would probably take a life time or never!). The seller also offered a full refund or a replacement.

I emailed back requesting a refund as the defect is probably consistent in the product. The seller failed to respond.

The item did have the manufactures email address stating if not happy to get in touch and theyll help out. So I did and never got a reply!

Over several weeks I emailed the seller who never replied so I reviewed my method of payment. Paypal allow users to “open a dispute” so i explained the situation and had several weeks to settle the case or PayPal would close the case. After a further ten days the seller did not respond to the PayPal dispute so I revisited the PayPal to move the status to the next stage. With 5mins paypal had reimbursed the full amount and the complaint was settled and closed.

I simply do not trust this seller iLaroc and thankfully have trust in PayPal for the buyers protection policy.

Gave 1 star as I couldn’t give 0 stars. Ordered and paid for iPhone case over 6 weeks ago. Still haven’t received item. Requested refund....haven’t received it. Seller is now not replying to my e-mails and no contact number to speak to anyone. Buyers beware........scammer!!!!!!!!!

Second time i order from this store and can say i was impressed, i accidentally chose the wrong size and only after receiving it did i notice that i was wrong, so i contacted right away and they said i could keep the item and then they sent me a new one completely free.
I definitely recommend this store 100%

I really enjoyed my experience with them!
I would really recommend these guys specially because I support small businesses and I that they are doing a great work specially now with all this pandemic going on I still received my items quick and with no issues

I ordered a leather phone case and it never turned up. I am still awaiting a refund and also a reply to the numerous emails that I have sent! Avoid ordering anything with this company!

I purchased an iphone case in June and returned the same month. I am still waiting for iLaroc to respond to my 23 emails, never mind receiving a refund.

I am hugely disappointed as I like to support small businesses.

Buy with caution.

I posted previously about the poor quality of the iPad Pro case ordered. I eventually got a response from ILaroc with a return address. I returned the cover (I have proof of postage) on July 16th but have not received confirmation or a refund, how is the company allowed to trade????

Initially impressed with the quick delivery, but the phone case is rubbish. I have tried emailing three times for returns information, but no response. I found an address for returns on the website (no longer anywhere to be found 🤔) and sent the case back with signed-for delivery. No one to take delivery, so the package is still sitting in the sorting office and I doubt I will see a refund.

Parcel returned to me uncollected, as expected.

Ordered a phone case and paid by PayPal. Goods not turned up, have emailed numerous times and no response at all, hopefully PayPal will refund needs.

Came across this company on internet search for phone case. Great price and just what I wanted. Ordered Saturday arrived Tuesday. Really nice case. Would recommend this company.

I’ve been looking for high quality apple watch bands in colours that were different from just apple copy cats. Finally found ilaroc! Ordered a great priced band on risk (never heard of them) and two days later it arrived, well packaged and a fantastic band. Perfect fit for my watch, and seems legit quality so far. Just ordered another one for my wife in a lush purple colour.
