Outstanding customer service!

I ordered a VCDS HEX-NET interface at 12:48 on Friday afternoon. I had a call at12:50 saying I had missed the last van but they would do their best to get it to me as fast as possible. It was hand delivered to the post office at 1425 and at no charge to me was delivered before 1pm on the Saturday. Absolutely exceptional customer service and the team at Ilexa have gone above and beyond. I have no reservations in recommending this company and will be using them again in the future.

No very good experience

No very good experience, I ask information regarding for my VCDS diagnostic tool, for my cars VW passat b8 and VW golf5 1.9tdi, to mister Derek , to use it, I sand him the diagnosi email picture but nothing, I payd him for this VCDS diagnostic tool almost 600£ , and now I need to go to somebody else to payd the diesel injectors fuel encrase, because I don't know, that's is not good, I am sorry !!
