I’m quite surprised at some of the negative reviews on here. It almost put me off buying these products but I’m glad I ignored them and did. They are quality, easy to assemble and with lots of bespoke elements and sizes that perfectly fit our needs. And their customer service team responded to an order enquiry literally within minutes and were fast to send a replacement part I needed. I’ve done two orders with them now and my pups are much happier with their beds off the rock hard floor and higher up, closer to us. I highly recommend.
Awful awful awful
Awful awful awful - they use DX as a delivery carrier hence this negative review. Messed around today and now have to wait another 5 days for delivery! Sort out your couriers - customer service begins and ends on the whole delivery chain. Seriously unhappy
Great customer service to fix a wobbly bed
EDIT! I previously left a poor review as my bed was wobbling and dog wouldn’t go on it and I hadn’t had any response from my emails.
Customer services - April - has since contacted me directly and has been so helpful. She gave me a video tip on how to level the bed. As this didn’t work I was sent a new set of legs which arrived really quickly. And a code to have the old ones returned. Now the bed looks great AND the dog will go on it! Brilliant and smart. Thank you April!
Very poor communication and customer service
I ordered on 28/6. Something went wrong with my e-mail and I didn't get a confirmation. I contacted them through e-mail with 0 response. Later sent a message through Facebook. They read it but it took them days to respond.
They then finally answered and resent the e-mail re order confirmation. Pfew...
Since then no update whatsoever.
Still waiting to receive my order.
I'm a long time client. Ordered several beds (group purchase as I'm from EU mainland), bought from them at crufts and love their products. But this is my final order. Very poor customer service.
Exceptional Customer Service - Exceptional Products
The products this company produce are excellent and despite reading a few negative reviews, and looking at the competition, I decided that I would buy a bed/cover/sheepskin from HiK9 (I like that you can buy replacement covers and other accessories to make the dog comfortable. Unfortunately, the delivery company had very limited contact with me, they made no attempt to deliver the package and eventually returned it to HiK9. I emailed HiK9 but it was Bank Holiday Monday, I sent a further message on Tuesday. They have a phone number but it is not always active and was not active all the times I tried it. April from HiK9 connected via email on Wednesday and told us that the parcel had been damaged whilst in the care of the delivery company - hence the return. Unfortunately, the sheepskin had been damaged and was not fit for sale and they had sold out of the colour I had ordered. April looked around and came back to us with a couple of other colour options which were not on the website (I guess they were previous stock colours) and I selected one of these. She then sent the package out on 24hr delivery and I received it the next day. In my opinion the customer care was excellent and I would definitely recommend them - the products themselves are awesome the quality is exceptional.
Perfect for dogs that chew!
This bed is ideal if your dog is a chewer! I bought one for my cockerdor at the Newark Dog show. I also bought a fleece cover for it. She absolutely loves the bed. It’s the first time she’s ever laid in a bed for any length of time and not actually destroyed it. It was easy to put together. I highly recommend it.
So disappointed in this company's customer service
I ordered a bed, but had second thoughts about the size, so emailed to cancel the order, within 48 hours of placing it. I got an autoresponse to say that the office and warehouse were closed as they were attending Crufts, so orders would be dealt with in the order they were placed when they re-opened in another 5 days’ time. However, 5 hours later, I received an email from a real person to say that the order had already been processed and their systems are designed to block any further changes, so cancellation was not possible and my only option was to return the parcel. I replied to express my consternation at the inconvenience and cost of doing so, but received no reply. The order wasn’t packed for another 11 days; it even came with a note of who packed it (ie a human, not a robot). I sent the package straight back without unpacking the bed at a cost of £11.75 along with a note expressing my disappointment with the service. The refund was made promptly enough, but not a word of acknowledgment of my complaint has been forthcoming. From my brief look, the bed looked to be nice quality and I would have considered buying a smaller one, but I now have zero confidence in this company, which apparently has absolutely no control over its own warehouse system and doesn’t respond to complaints. I also just feel very disappointed, as HiK9 beds had been recommended to me by someone whose opinion I value. Btw, HiK9’s Ts & Cs also give them the option of deducting a 20% restocking fee on returned goods, so watch out for that too.

Outstanding quality, beautifully made, super easy to put together the covers are so nice I bought another while one is washing with the 15% discount code that came with it. Worth every penny.
Sneaky cancellation policy, do not buy!
Made an order online and then emailed straight away to cancel it. I was then told that because the order had been "processed" that I couldn't get a refund despite the fact that it hadn't been shipped. Pretty awful customer service.
I ordered a month ago and still not…
I ordered a month ago and still not received the beds. I’ve contacted customer service and told they we awaiting collection from the courier- a week later still no beds of confirmation of dispatch.. ordered 2bed not exactly a low value order but now I’d just like a refund for the terrible service.
Horrible beds
Horrible beds. I have two for my Danes. First it was a nightmare putting it together. After one month it started to fray along the edge. I sent a picture with the an email, and the company.. Transgroom said Sorry we wont do anything for you. Arrg never again
Love these beds
Love these beds. Not cheap but worth it. I have one upstairs, one down and have few covers that I rotate. Haven’t needed to buy anything recently as the quality very good. She is always on the beds. They feel cleaner and more durable than all others I have bought before.
You need to be very strong to put the largest size together.
Update on review below. Company gave me £7 refund on the next day delivery.
I tried to put the cover on but, as a 75 year old woman with arthritic wrists, it was not possible. My much younger and very fit male neighbour took an hour trying to ease the cover over the frame. He eventually succeeded but beware if you are not strong because it's a nightmare. I bought the largest size.
The bed has come with an extremely over engineered long bag to carry the dismantled bed which is ridiculous because 1) you can't dismantle it without the strength of Atlas. 2) why would you need to carry it around anyway - it's not a set of golf clubs! 3) how much has the bag cost? It's no use as it's long and thin and extremely strong but the wrong shape to use for anything anyway.
Other than the above the bed seems ok but I'll see how long it lasts as it's only been used for a week.

My order arrived today and I have to say I am bitterly disappointed!
Firstly, the bed does not fit together; the smaller poles do not fit into one side of the frame. On the other side the small poles simply will fall out, as they are so loose. The long poles are two different colours, one is black and one is grey.
On the clearly incorrect miscoloured black long piece the support struts are only soldered on one side and there are sharp edges which would injury my dog.
I paid extra postage to ensure the bed would arrive in time to be taken away on holiday, now this is not possible.
Avoid this company - SCAMMERS
Terrible experience with this company - be very, VERY careful when ‘just looking’ at their website. It offers a discount code - which all of a sudden disappears when you go to purchase - I got charged £88 for XXL - I immediately emailed to cancel (their beds are available on Amazon at a fraction of the cost) but within minutes they said that it had been dispatched and could not be cancelled/refunded. Several emails later and they have just sent a blank email with their refund policy - the speed at which they take your money and refuse any interaction suggests a scam to me … be VERY careful dealing with these people. Extremely annoyed and disappointed. Will be reporting to my bank.
nest toppers
My 3 have had raised beds for years and love them and i would give 5 starts, however i bought a extra large nest topper for them and whilst they love the nest bed, the raised sides soon drooped over the edge of the bed. Maybe a slightly smaller nest, or more filling in the sides would help. also the filled sides are not removable from the nest bed and i cant fit the bed in the washing machine, so not sure how im going to keep it clean, and therefore feel it was a waste of money
Great bed, great customer service
Our Springer loves her new medium size mesh bed with cosy sleeve. One of the poles was slightly damaged on arrival but this was replaced straight away. Cannot fault the customer service we received. She sleeps soundly and I also feel it's better for cleanliness than her old bed that would get damp underneath.
Perfect raises beds for in and outside!
We have two of these, one for inside and one outside. Pup absolutely loves them! Great for travel aswell.

Good quality products, disappointing that my address on the islands was not included in the free delivery offer over Easter. This delivery offer could maybe be offered for smaller weight parcels for my area in the future?
