I ordered my shed and it was well over 10 days delivery when I was told it would be from 7 to 10 days. When the shed was delivered eventually there was a floor board missing so I rang I like sheds to tell them and they passed the buck to the manufacturers and I've never heard anything since for over a week now. In the mean time I've had to buy another floor board myself that's made me out of pocket which is unacceptable for the amount I paid for the shed.
Not an happy bunny.

Placed the order over a week ago rang twice to find out delivery date still no contact

Shed came when it was meant to it wasn't as heavy gauge as i thought some damaged bits and weathered bits osb ply flooring and roof panels bit saggy bit swollen at edges but will live with it will do the job

Arrived on time in a very remote location, fairly basic shed, but it does what it says on the tin.

The shed arrived on the day I specified. The driver was helpful, polite and rang when he 15 minutes away. The shed itself pieced together simply cannot recommend highly enough. Top notch product thank you. Paul

Fantastic service, everything I needed and more.
The delivery guy needs a special mention as I live alone in a mid terrace house and he kindly helped me get the shed in the back garden.
Definately would use again a recommend.

I was extremely let down by another prominent garden shed online sales company, which I'm extremely grateful for now, as I have now ordered my log cabin with ILikeSheds.com.
Living in Jersey, Channel Islands, it can be a bit tricky getting large items to the Island, but from the first email I sent to Simon at ILikesheds.com, himself and his team could not have been more helpful, they all responded to my emails promptly, answering every question I asked, with regard to shipping and V.A.T. and then when I eventually phoned the team, they were all just as lovely in person and also so cheerful.
I have not had my log cabin delivered yet it was only ordered 10 days ago, so I am waiting excitedly, also in the knowledge that if anything does go wrong I have the back up of the customer service team at ILikeSheds.com

Left goods out side the front I my house for some one too steal. Company could have made it clear before purchase that the driver is Unable to take an extra ten steps to the garden or I wouldn't have ordered. Driver was rude, customer service advisor who called me back couldn't careless. Attuide was awful. First impressions awful let's how the shed is better....

Brilliant service and value for money. The only problem was the door design did not allow the hinges to be fixed without inserting another piece of wood for support

The shed does not fit together well
The window chill is too long the windows do not fit the 'hole' the instructions are poor for the window installation. I am totally dispondant

Cracking shed easy to assemble only bug bear was the styrene window glass so I put my own glass Windows in. Delivery guy was really helpful and helped me put it right where I wanted to build it big wrap to him . Dave in Leeds

I've found this shed to be very weak ! The batons on the frame are only 1x1 !!
Subsequently hard to get square. I just found the whole shed very weak to the point we had to reinforce the floor because it's so thin.
