Contacting them several days after the estimated delivery date and was given a revised schedule and a promise to call within a week. No call a week later so contacted them again but no reply to emails and wouldn't answer the phone. Awarded one star as when the shed did finally arrive it seemed OK.

We bought a garden shed.
OK, we weren't expecting it to be extremely sturdy, it was meant to be cheap and serviceable. ... and it is. Furthermore it arrived quickly and we were phoned to advise of delivery.
So, no problems at all with this purchase.

The garden store is good quality and was easy to assemble.
The reason that I have not awarded 5 stars is that there was no prior advice of delivery - it was only when I contacted the company to enquire the whereabouts of the order that I was advised that it was due to be delivered that day. This was contrary to the information in the order confirmation but, fortunately, not a show-stopper.
Response time from the company was good.

Company helpful and efficient, courier supposed to delivery on specific day but ended up the following day.

The picture looked good. The service was good. The price was good.
The quality is poor, not what I expected after reading the specification.

1. Advertised delivery in 2 days turned out to be 6 days.
2. Delivery to a different address was a doddle.
3. Delivery between 7am and 7pm might be OK for delivery to a home address but is not very helpful to a different address, especially if the occupiers are away on holiday.
4. No 30 minutes phone call from delivery driver. Trouble with mobile phone connection. Landline connection OK. By the time I reached the the drop zone the driver had unloaded the last part of the load in the back garden. He itemised all the bits and got his delivery signature and everything was peaches and cream for both of us.
5. The timber sections are fairly light and I reckon that one person could erect the shed on his own, but two people would be better.

Order mine summerhouse last week and just arrive 5 min agos all seem fine can't wait to build it up later, delivery man was lovely and polite. Thank you for quick service

Bought on deal promising delivery in 2 days plus wk end, arriving according to delivery people 8 days later would not have purchased if true delivery known. Not good enough!

I cannot comment on my order as I have not received delivery yet.

My only complaint even before receiving the cycle shed is that there was not more information on a delivery date. True I was told by them after complaining that the web site says delivery approximately 4-6 weeks which I did not see when I ordered.
I would have shopped elsewhere if I had have known.
Even 2 working days after ordering I only have an approximate delivery date which is 4 weeks APPROX again from order date.
Anyway apart from that the 4 cycle shed looks like good value and looks a good product so maybe I will follow up with another report when the product EVENTUALLY arrives.

Great service. Shed came quickly and In good nick, delivery driver very helpful as well. It's great to have the finance option too as means can get what's needed for the job and not be limited by price.

Sorry but we have not received the shed yet. I was led to believe it was a next day delivery then after ordering and paying for it was then told the delivery would not be until next week. ????????????

the internet price stated free delivery in the UK, this was misleading because it did not cover the whole of the UK, when you went to the section for payment there was a delivery charge. I contacted the company and they said this wording had been cleared as appropriated because there is a section elsewhere that advises of delivery charged based upon zones. Sorry if it says UK delivery free thats what i think it means. The delivery was by one man which lead to me feeling obliged to assist the guy to get the shed of the lorry and into the property. Otherwise everything went to plan and I am satisfied with the product.

A trouble free service with a trouble free delivery that was well communicated. Good value for money the shed was as described with all parts there, and they fitted together!
