I have ordered in July a floor lamp that I had to chase them many times for a delivery. finally got delivered in November after 5 Months -

I don't usually write reviews but credit had to be given for the great customer service from Sunita. I was extremely apprehensive ordering the lighting online but the regular updates regarding my order and swift response to my queries were very assuring.
The product got damaged in transit (hence the 4 stars) but Sunita quickly liaised with the warehouse and ordered replacements which came in a few days and they were carefully packaged.

I am yet to install the lights so will be adding images to the review at a later date.

Will definitely order from them again!

The light fixture was faulty and does not work. I had to buy a replacement light fitting from bnq because my wife likes the shade.

The lights are great, however the service has been poor, our order was split and the second part of the order has now been shipped but is wrong (only found this out once we had paid electricians to fit said lights) still awaiting replacement lights and will have to pay again to have these fitted, the lack of communication throughout has been slow and in some cases non existent.

Nice product. Lights are well made and easy to install.

Product looks good but not fitted yet as it took so long to arrive. No indication of the length of time to deliver at time of ordering and had to ring up to find any information out. That said, the person who answered the phone provided a good level of service and was accurate with the information provided.

ILite couldn’t have been more helpful and my new 60cm StarBurst LED suspension light looks absolutely amazing 🤩 a real focal point to my dressing room. Thank you 😊

Ordered 3 lights in June 2020, had to pay in full which is not unusual. Two of the lights arrived in August. The outstanding light has still not arrived (as at 29th October). Customer service is shockingly bad. iLite do not email you to keep you updated on stock and delivery dates, the customer needs to chase each time. There is very little in the way of apology, it's like the customer doesn't matter. I would not order from this company if you expect efficient, professional customer service.

Delivered to wrong address. No replacement 10 days on. No response to email asking when replacement will be delivered. Contact number always to voicemail. Would not recommend this company.

The light is lovely but was a challenge to fit; especially as the wiring way attached wrong (negative wire in the positive port).

Amazing service, we received in 2 days, I wasn’t even expecting such a quick delivery.

Items were received very late. One item colour was wrong. Chandeliers glass is very dirty inside and can’t be cleaned from inside.
