Nearly £1000 taken from my bank account

Nearly 2 months later no refund no light fittings

Was delighted to discover this site with a range of different lights than you see elsewhere. Pleased with my purchase and the speedy delivery

It took a while for our lights to arrive but now they have we are delighted . Gorgeous product.

The light arrived broken but the after care was fabulous and got a new light within days would definatley order again from here

The lights I ordered in June 2020 took ages to arrive. Obviously with the pandemic, things don't always run smoothly. However the customer care was zero. Didn't get an update unless I chased. Delivery dates were given via email, those dates came and went without an update from customer services. Eventually the third and final light in my order arrived November 2020. The lights look great but were extremely fiddly to install, it took a qualified and very experienced electrician much longer than he anticipated.

Not sure I would like to deal with iLite again. Especially as the first review I wrote for them on Trustpilot now appears to have been deleted - it was negative. I went to update it, and it has disappeared!

Poor communication, big lack of attention, and broken promises. Some smaller companies can teach them a thing or two about dealing with customers during challenging times!!

Ordered 3 pendant lights, floor lamp and bulbs. Pendant lights look good but floor lamp and bulbs never arrived. Have had to call several times to chase up rest of the order and keep being given a new date for delivery, but I'm still waiting. Have been waiting for the floor lamp since October!

Takes far too long to ship goods and some items advertised are not in stock - you only find that out when you complete and pay for order! Not good enough! We are waiting on a balance of an order that will have taken more than two weeks to arrive and I have builders and electricians on site right now!

The light got from iLite is dazzling and has lit up my whole living room and the price was reasonable too. I wanted an earlier delivery as my electrician was due to come earlier than expected and the rep I spoke to was super helpful (sorry I forgot his name). He answered the call in seconds and ensured the light was shipped the same day and it arrived the next day ready to go. I would thoroughly recommend these guys, you don’t find service like they provide these days. Some amazing products too I will definitely be buying again and recommending them to everyone I know!

I ordered a Soffi pendant light in early November. As there was no sign of it I checked a couple of weeks ago and was pleased to see that it showed as in stock on iLite's website. But when I contacted iLite they told me that the item was due end December. This 8 week delay was disappointing, given the item was apparently in stock (and their website says the maximum wait for out of stock items is 6 weeks). I followed up again last week to check on progress, and was told to expect delivery is nearly January. iLite explained this was due to coronavirus, brexit and Christmas. Surely they were aware of these events when they took my order? And why does the website still say they have 4 of this item in stock?

Shop elsewhere for online ‘service’ ! May be a good company face to face but they charge a 10% handling fee for returns - yes it’s in the small print but
unlike any other company I have come across, and I do a lot of online shopping! And, even with that, it took the company over a month after receipt of the return to process the refund, and that was after being chased several times. Would not recommend.

Helpful on telephone when asked for details. Slightly incorrect information but wouldn’t have been a dealbreaker anyway. I ordered extra bulbs which were not initially delivered. They did not answer my email re this but I received the bulbs a few days later - thank you to Ilite for this. On the whole, based on experience to date, would happily shop there again....... though have to say Electricians haven’t fitted the lights yet ...... arghhhh! That’s another story!!!
