The screen broke on our laptop & if it hadn’t been for the courier saying that the screen had been signed for when it hadn’t we would have had the laptop back in about 2 days! Excellent service & would definitely recommend them & use them again

Fixed OS Problem
After resetting my PC, it began looping back to the Windows Let's Start page. They performed a diagnosis of the essential components, not discovering anything wrong, before wiping the hard drive and installing the latest version of Windows.
Everything was done relatively quickly and in a conscientious manner, I feel confident in their capability and will return if I meet new PC issues.

I needed a new graphics card
I needed a new graphics card to support 2 photo monitors and had a pretty good idea of what I needed. No attempt was made to upsell and I got exactly what asked for at a good price and on time. Also several phone calls to check options and make sure I was happy with the card before it was ordered.
