A week before my dissertation deadline
A week before my dissertation deadline, I lost all my year three work. Lee managed to recover everything for me and put it into a new USB. Lee put me at ease throughout and kept me updated with the process! Inexpensive, efficient and highly recommend! Do not know where I would have been without ILL IT Solutions!

Excellent service from Lee & Company
Excellent service. I found Lee to be very honest about the repair prices and he had very good customer service skills. Lee was respectful and explained everything my laptop required to repair it. The laptop was fixed within three days. I highly recommend this company.

Many thanks to Lee of ILL IT. I would fully recommend his services. Especially his patience in helping an 80+, almost computer nerd, who has come into the world of computers far too late in life to enjoy and marvel at today's form of communication.
He attended my home after upgrading my "tower" in his shop and then came found to my home and re-fixed everything in my home. Upon leaving he said, if you have any problems to let him know.
