I ordered an umbrella and had some issues. Not only did they resolve the issues with me being in America but the finish product looks more amazing in person then when I ordered. Mechanism is amazing the jewels are extremely bright. Engraving looks great. I am overwhelmed with joy. This is the perfect gift for my wife.

VERY POOR craftsmanship and quality. Umbrella was carefully used a few times when it BROKE for absolutely no reason! The umbrella is beyond repair. For the price paid (and we purchased more than one) these umbrellas should last a lifetime. Terrible customer service. Representative tried to place the blame on the customer. Il Marchesato does not stand behind its merchandise. Please think carefully before purchasing from this company.

Il Marchesato is a pleasure to wear and to offer and the acquisition in April 2025 was my third one in 6 months. I am very surprised that its partners are not standing up to Il Marchesato standards. I ordered a stick on April 22. On April 29 it left Il Marchesato. I still have not received it and I was notified today, May 6, that it just crossed the Romanian border, more than 600 km away from the final destination. For the very senior person which I ordered this stick for, each day values a year.

Everything went smoothly and the cane I bought is just great
