My Windows laptop PC would not boot. Since it had two bootable systems on separate drives, I suspected a serious problem. I took the computer to one of the big chain shops that do repairs, one I had used before and been pleased with. This time I anything but pleased! It took them over two weeks to diagnose the problem and their diagnosis later proved to be incorrect. They proposed a repair plan and warned me that it could take as long as 30 days. At that point I retrieved the computer from them (which took most of another week).

I then searched for a local repair place and found iLoja in Porto which happened to be within walking distance from my home. I took the PC there. They diagnosed the problem (correctly), fixed it and had the computer back to me the next day. I was very, very pleased with them and I remain astonished at how my two attempts at getting a repair done proved so utterly different. Thank you, iLoja.

It’s a scam. I ordered a venom flash drive from the webshop. paid the 14.99 EUR immediately after placing the order. following the procedure I sent few days later a proof of the payment and the order number but I just received no answer. of course same it goes for the following emails. will talk with my bank on monday, just to see if I can get my money back.

Quick and highly effective. It took less than 35 minutes to replace my IPhone 8 battery. People at the store were very friendly. Before changing the battery they checked the phone for other abnormalities, just in case of the battery not being the only problem. If in need for future repairs, definitely it will the place to do them. Thanks

I have visited this store several times already. In each time, they have fixed the charger, the motherboard, or the keyboard with a very professional and quick service. The computer always returns without any type of misconduct and the prices are extremely attractive. The competition can charge up to the double for a motherboard replacement, for instance. I recommend this store.

I will always come back if I have problems with my MacBook. Went for the second time and again they did a great job in no time. 5 Star customer service - I can only recommend!

I have bought a new screen for my iPhone 11 Pro which was broken.

Since I have gotten a new screen from iLoja, I have received a message from my iPhone saying it is a faulty/unauthentic part. Also, at night, the screen is displaying the wrong colours which is very odd. I had to go to the Airport otherwise I would have gone back and asked for a decent functioning screen. Will not recommend to get the screen they offer for the iPhone 11 Pro. Paid 170 euro for something that is not even functioning as it should be, ridiculous.
