I have finally found my niche! I could never commit to a gym or exercise routine but I LOVE KICKBOXING! I have a stressful job and the stress melts away after a class. I am challenged but not pushed too far and modifiers are ALWAYS an option. Every single instructor has been supportive, helpful and caring. There is a family vibe to the studio and I love that! Give kickboxing a go, you won’t regret it!

I recently started working out at I love kickboxing in Chesapeake, Va. Hannah was great! Amelia is fun! Nicole is kicked my ass! Lol it’s been great! Sore from working out only means weakness leaving my body! I love this place!

This is a great place to workout. I have so much fun every time I go to a class. The atmosphere is fun & upbeat and it’s a quality workout.

ILKB has been a gamechanger, especially being introduced to the Glen Allen, VA location! I started off doing their 6-week challenge & everything went right from there that led me to becoming an official kickboxer. The instructors keep you engaged from beginning to end!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I did the 5 class trial and I became a member after my first class. I was hooked! I get a kick ass workout every time and absolutely love it! It’s a great way to relieve stress and frustration when punching and kicking that bag! Great music and loud! I love it!

Where do I even begin?! Beginning a 6 week challenge that quickly switched over to a membership was one of the best decisions I have ever made! I count down the hours until I am back in that studio and even have an alarm set making sure I don’t forget to sign up for classes. There are people of all sorts, the motivation and enthusiasm is always set to a high level, and every class is different! There are challenges, DJ Theme Days, ways to win free stuff, & more! Each coach has their own unique style that brings a different challenge but one thing I can promise you, no matter which class you attend or which instructor you have, you will be dripping in sweat at the end of those 60 minutes! I have lost weight, BMI, and body fat% but I think the most important part is that I have gained confidence, perseverance, and a family that I know will always have my back. So what are you waiting for?! Come hit and kick some bags and get ready for the time of your life!

ILKB Glen Allen,VA is awesome and I love energetic ,passionate and entertaining coaches. Every work out is different and are never repeated, so I don’t get bored at all. I lowered my BMI, weight and motivated to go in everyday.

I just love ILKB! The instructors are great! I’m toning and burning lots of calories. I’m impressed!

Fantastic environment for fitness and learning to kickbox. Super supportive members, instructors and owners. Great mix of HIIT, strength, cardio that brings results! I show up, take the class and leave - no planning exercise routines - I leave it up to the experts! Instructors provide modifications as needed to allow for safe and appropriate options to prevent injury.

Inches and #s lost as we all continue our quest for our best selves. I'm down 20 and have 15# more to lose. Thanks to ILKB for workout variety, great tunes and the opportunity to make some great friends! I'd recommend this to anyone, anytime...this is your "now".

VERY COVID friendly! Glen Allen and Midlo Virginia locations thoroughly wipe mats, floors, bags down after each class. Class sizes limited from 10-16 participants vs normal 30. I feel extremely comfortable and safe in these locations. Huge kudos to staff for their attention to detail and cleanliness :).

I love this place!! Once you start working out here you’ll get addicted! The energy on the mats & super friendly peers/coaches really motivate you to push through. I never thought working out could be fun until I joined the kickboxing fam!! I highly recommend :)

Just signed up for the 6 week free class and starting tonight. I'm so excited! The energy is amazing there and the instructors are so pleasant and their energy is pumped!

The best kickboxing gym in Syracuse! The trainers have a ton of personality and make the workouts fun, the structure is set up so you target each area of the body with a variety of workouts that vary from class to class, trainer to trainer. Last year I lost 13 pounds and 4.3% body fat with ILKB 42 day challenge and felt the most confident in myself to date! If you're debating on trying it, let this be your sign! You won't regret it

I joined ILKB 2 months ago completely unsure of what to expect or what I was looking for...2 weeks in and I knew I was in love! ILKB has helped me physically, mentally, and emotionally! The coaches are amazing and truly motivational!

I joined I Love Kickboxing - Glen Allen in January 2021 and it has been awesome! The staff is supportive and truly interested in your success. The classes are motivating and allow you to advance at your own personal pace. I am stronger, leaner and more confident than ever!!!

I absolutely love ilovekickboxing i wish they were everywhere. I am sure they will be coming once the word gets out about this place. Its the absolute best workout for your whole body and mind set. I am already addicted and have been doing it less than a month!!

I am obsessed with ilovekickboxing!!!! I go to the Crystal Lake, IL club. The staff is amazing, the club is clean, and coachs/instructors are so supportive. The atmosphere and music has helped me kick a.. I signed up for the six week challenge but will most definitely signup for a membership!!!

I've taken 7 classes at the iLoveKickboxing located at 2429 75th Street in Woodridge, IL 60517 and have had classes with members whose class count is 300+, the enthusiasm doesn't die. This is thanks to the staff who pour theirs soul into making this experience better than your last one. The classes are killer and overall worth every penny and time spent there . It's a place that cares to make sure you are attended to with care. The variety of times is also a huge plus. The communication between the gym and you is always there and you get a response super quick. I definitely would recommend this location to anyone and everyone. It's truly a gift to have walked in the door.

Instructors care that you’re actually doing it right, and they’re super observant on every little movement. I got down things I’ve never done before right away because of such amazing help from you guys :). The franchise is clean and orderly, and has an amazing vibe. Definitely will be coming back.
