I originally purchased 10 classes just to try kickboxing out an do something different with my workouts. Now Ive been going almost twice a week for a year! I drive from Carson just to go to class because I love it so much! It is a completely a different workout than what I was use to but its so much fun! Th staff is very welcoming and helpful in making sure your pushing yourself, youre doing the moves correct and making sure youre not going to injure yourself! What I love the most is that Ilovekickboxing is for everyone of all ages and all sizes!

Since joining this gym, I have had higher levels of motivation to get myself to workout. They push you to become the best version of yourself possible. I would recommend this place for anyone of all shapes, sizes and backgrounds!

One of the best decisions I made was to sign up for kickboxing at ILKB Glen Allen, Va. The instructors are awesome and after only 6 weeks, I see a difference in my body and mindset. I don’t have to push myself to go because I absolutely love it!

I love kickboxing!!!! Concord, CA iLoveKickboxing is the best!!!!!!!!!! Just like the name says! Since the moment I walked in and was greeted by the friendly staff to the end of my first class, I knew this was gonna be a new and great start to getting healthy for 2020. The coaches are extremely nice and push you to do your best, but also help me modify because I have Achilles tendinitis. They’re absolutely amazing! I look forward to every class! I’m so glad I became a member! Thank you Kaiah, Jon, Gabby, and Heather and the rest of the ILKB concord team! You’re making me a better me and I’m so grateful for you all!

I started going to I Love Kick Boxing Midlothian just 2 weeks ago. Since my very first class, I have been impressed by the instructors. They really make the classes fun and motivate me to push myself. They take the extra time to make sure I am practicing proper form and spend as much time as I need to get it. Not only are the instructors amazing so are the other members. Everyone is super friendly and encouraging which makes me really believe in myself. The facility always smells great and super clean which is a big plus in my book! In just the 2 short weeks I have been attending I have already lost 8 pounds by following the nutrition plan the staff counseled me on and attending regular work-outs. I would recommend this place for anyone wanting to get fit and have fun while doing it.

I began my journey with ILKB 2 months ago when I entered the 6-week challenge. After the first week of classes, I immediately felt like I would be joining the fam regardless of passing or failing the challenge. All of the trainers try to establish personal relationships with the members, and that makes me feel comfortable and motivated to go to class. They always push me to go beyond my limits, and I am grateful for that as I start doing things that I never thought I could do before. ILKB helps me to get closer to my personal goals.
