I signed up back in the summer when they were running a promotion which was a few months before they open. I patiently waited and when I finally got the call to set up my first session I was so excited. Let me tell you....IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! My first class was AMAZING and needless to say, I was hooked! I was so hooked after 1 hour that I signed up for the membership! I feel like a badass every class and love the challenge every week! No regrets here!

I have first hand experience with the I Love Kickboxing location on Garden of the Gods Road in Colorado Springs, Colorado. I would recommend that everyone AVOID doing business with this organization. They do not uphold their contractual commitments. They have not been honest or trustworthy, or responsive in their dealings with me. There are MANY other retail workout vendors that offer boxing and kickboxing workout alternatives at a MUCH lower price point, and without the fear that you might be screwed over as I have been. Unfortunately, I filled something out on instagram for free classes and they have been blowing my phone up ever since with text messages. Im getting messages from across the country!! When I try to call Carle Place they NEVER answer their phone. Because of this I would never consider giving them my business

How cliche is it to say that ILKB changed my life? It's pretty cliche. However it has, most definitely, change my perspective on exercising and fitness as a whole. Something I used to dread is now something I look forward to. The staff is amazing, and even better than that is the other members. EVERYONE is so kind, supportive, and really have become bonus family members. Going back to the staff, I know I can text anyone of the staff members for advice or motivation and I always get a response that is both inspiring and helpful. The moment you walk through the doors of ILKB you are supported, inspirited, and celebrated. The work outs are fun, the music is loud, the trainers are supportive and give you the right amount of push, and you'll soon find yourself looking forward to your workouts. I promise you, joining ILKB isn't something you'll regret, you'll wish you had the opportunity to do it sooner.

ILKB Is Amazing Staff Is Friendly Informational And Encouraging Will Be Joining In February Once My Health Issues Subside

I joined ILOVEKICKBOXING.COM gym on April 22, 2019 and paid $952.22 for 65 classes (approximately $13 per class). On November 7, 2019, the studio shut its doors with no notice to members and is not communicating with me to arrange a refund due to breach of contract. I currently have 57 paid classes still on the books, a value of $741. I have reached out to the owner via facebook and email, though the owner has not been willing to resolve the matter. Additioanlly, I have reached out the the primary organization via email and twitter and also have not recieved a response.

After my first class I knew I had found a full body workout perfect for me! The environment is fun and clean, the staff is amazing, and I am gaining more skills with each class. My body can feel the difference of this work out compared to any other I have done, and it drives me to reach my goals. It is more than weight loss; it is confidence, self defense, strength, stamina, friendships, good times, networking, and so much more. An hour of work out each class goes by so quickly! I started kickboxing here a month ago and feel in love. The people are so welcoming and encouraging. I thought I was just coming for a quick three sessions and turned up getting a membership that I didn’t even think I would do. The main reason is that the environment is so dope. The staff makes you feel at home. And they are very funny.

Membership terms are deceitful. They blow your email/text up ridiculously but make it impossible to get a hold of them to resolve billing problems. Plan on paying out the butt if you sign up for trail classes, it’s a scam

This place is great everyone is friendly motivating. And you get a great work out. The instructors make sure your not slackin around push you to achieve your goal which is something I need!

Great workout with amazing instructor who push you to the next level. Every location is great.

I am so glad I kept my consultation appointment! It has been 7 weeks and I am addicted. I was a bit nervous about the hour-long format, but it flies by. The staff are wonderfully motivating, friendly and genuine. This place is a fitness game changer.

I tried everything from getting a personal trainer and going to the gym on my own. I sticked with the workouts/routines and the personal trainer I was with. After a few months I just decided to quit since the workouts I was doing felt like I wasn't getting anywhere and wasn't motivated to go back. Early April 2019 I decided to go to Planet Fitness in concord. It was only a 10 minute drive from my job which was really convient with me since I have a split route. I work the morning shift then during my lunch I go to the gym then finish the other half of my shift in the afternoon. I was making a little progress doing pushups, situps and crouches and a 3 mile run 5 days a week. One day I saw an AD on facebook about a Kickboxing club in concord. Out of curiosity I signed up for the early bird trial special. Went to my first class and it was really different then what I'm used to doing. Each trainer has a different routine and whether you are out of shape or a veteran to fitness. This place makes people of all levels feel welcome. The classes are fun, engaging and their is a hot positive vibe in the air besides the sweat coming on my eyes. I'm still at level zero but During the past week, I felt energetic, my body was sore and when I wakeup each morning I feel well rested. I still have a long journey ahead of me but with the Staff support at ilovekickboxing in concord. I'm movitated to come again to get better each class and if for any reason I can't make it to my session, I just cancel it and schedule another one depending on my schedule for work. So if you want something different, fun and Engaging this would be the place. You will lose weight, feel stronger, and motivated to achieve whatever goals you may have.

TL;DR: I signed the contract without reading and then regretted it because it has very shady policies, so I emailed ILKB to cancel my membership and they told me they'd cancel it but I continued to receive $39 weekly charges. When I disputed the charges through my credit card company they pushed back and tried to reverse the disputes by stating their 30-days cancellation policy. I won the case by highlighting the RIGHT TO RESCIND within 3 days (which I abided by) in their contract, but it took me 3 months to resolve the case.

I was introduced to my local iLoveKickboxing through groupon - a discounted price for a session of 3 work outs and a free pair of gloves. I went for one session and had an amazing experience - the instructor Draco was charismatic and seemed really concerned for personal growth and mental health. Loved it. Didn't think too much when he handed me a clipboard and a contract to sign. On the drive back home it really hit me: I can't actually afford to pay $39 A WEEK to be a part of any membership, not including the initiation fee! I immediately read the entirety of the contract I had just signed, and please note the following:

CANCELLATION POLICY
"All cancellations require a STRICT 30 DAYS NOTICE. This means after a member gives notice of termination 4 more weekly payments are due immediately as a termination fee. Upon cancellation, 4 weekly payments are drafted all at once and the member may continue to attend classes for 30 days past this final draft. Cancellations must be sent by email to ILKBwestminster2@gmail. Membership payments must be current and up to date and an exit interview is required to terminate agreement. If cancelled in the middle of the month I agree to a prorated amount of $8 per calendar day. The one year Grand Champion term membership requires a $195 termination fee. . . any memberships paid in full are non refundable. Westmisnter Kickboxers LLC does not offer refunds for any monies already paid."

NON-USE
"The failure or inability of the member to use the facilities, classes or services of the facility for any reason, will neither relieve nor suspend the Member's obligation to make all payments required under this agreement on a timely basis, nor entitle the member to a refund or credit of tuition."

NON-CANCELLABLE **IMPORTANT**
Right to recession - The Buyer may rescind this agreement at any time prior to midnight three business days after the date of this agreement. The member understands that after the member's right to cancel expires, the Member cannot cancel this agreement and payments must be made as agreed. Cancellation policy is then enforceable as agreed on the first page of agreement.

So I IMMEDIATELY emailed the ONLY contact Draco (the coach) and the contract gave me to cancel my membership -- their financing email. Draco made a point that it was their job, not his; to email them, not him. They emailed me back trying to get me to stay, and when I refused, they said they cancelled my membership. THEY CONTINUED TO CHARGE ME WEEKLY. I disputed the charges through my credit company, but the charges would not stop -- I emailed them again multiple times with no response. I eventually contacted Draco about it, which only then did the weekly payments actually stop.
I thought it was over. 3 months after having stepped into their studio, my credit card company reversed the dispute with iLoveKickboxing providing the contract and highlighting the 30-days-notice cancellation policy. I promptly called my credit card company to point to the 'right to rescind' portion of the contract they documented, and then referred to the emails that proved I rescinded within the 3 days. Case closed: I won.

But man, I couldn't believe how hard they tried to milk money out of my one day attending a class.

Absolutely love this place the staff is so energetic as you walk in the door to when your leave that mat I’m so motivated because of them i wouldn’t recommend any other place!!!

ILKB-Walnut Creek has been an amazing atmosphere! I have tried many different "group" settings in gyms and have never felt more supported than I do at ILKB! Everyone is so helpful and really care about your success! I'm a big question person and all of the coaches are very patient and answer all of the questions that I have!

There was a promotion to pay for the year and THE STUDIO WENT BANKRUPT! The owners couldn't refund anyone, called corporate and they gave me the run around. Emails were sent with no response. NEVER PAY IN FULL.

Great work out, however! Each studio is a separate franchise. Wilmington DE started out fantastic but do to poor management, the training declined and so many last minute class cancellations.
