It looks fantastic and ordering was easy but I will say that I paid for next day delivery on a sunday so I expected it to arrive on the Tuesday but did not arrive until Wednesday lunch time

Nice Sample
I originally posted about not having received my samples yet, but I had overlooked the 14-day shipping window. I received my sample, and it's very nice. I will definitely go with this company when I'm ready to put wallpaper up.

I ordered samples on 31 May 26 but have not received them as of 08 Jun. I figured it may take time for it to get overseas, but a tracking number would be helpful. I'm also surprised that I was prompted to rate the company before receiving any product.

Pd over £1400 for 12 rolls of Italian…
Pd over £1400 for 12 rolls of Italian plaster effect gold wallpaper, the stuff was awful, said there was a pattern match. But myself and a decorator could not find it, so it got put up and it's all blocky and you can see every single join.
I really want to take it all off, had better results with 25.00 per roll from wilko.

Just over 1week later and still waiting…
Just over 1week later and still waiting on samples !! We have another 6 days before our decorator arrives so im afraid i will never use this website again as insufficient time to risk ordering wallpaper rolls even if i liked the samples.

Love the wallpaper but if I had known you were using Evri to deliver - most likely would not have ordered. The parcel did arrive, well packaged and in tact but outside of delivery window. Luckily we got home just as it was delivered - otherwise it would have been out in the rain, in full view of passers by on our doorstep not ideal as the contents was wallpaper!

Having reviewed the tracking information, I can see that Evri provided a delivery window of 14:00–16:00 on the day of delivery, however the parcel was delivered earlier than expected at 13:15. I appreciate that this may have been inconvenient and understand your concerns about the parcel being left outside.
