I moved to Ilumiti after an initial consultation and have been really impressed with the service. I’ll admit I’m quite a tricky customer — risk-averse and usually inclined to stick with what I know when it comes to finances. My partner, on the other hand, isn’t particularly financially minded.

Our advisor, Jack Saunders, did a great job of tailoring his explanations so they worked for both of us. He took the time to reassure me while making everything clear and accessible for my partner, which we really appreciated. At no point did we feel any pressure to move our investments across, which made the decision feel comfortable and well considered.

I’d highly recommend Ilumiti for their personal approach, clear communication and responsiveness. A very positive experience so far.
