Pension options
Had a good conversation with Jack re a potential pension transfer. He listened to my needs and then went through all the options in detail giving the pros and cons of each one. In the end was able to come to decision thanks to Jack”s advice.

Good and informative advice
The person I had was very informative and helpful with suggestions and ideas for me to look at which has now given me good ideas what to do going forward. Pre-preparation helps if you need this service and the form pre-sent did that hence made it easy to discuss issue etc.

Professional and personal service…
Professional and personal service delivered in an informative and unbiased manner. Each pension option explained to me clearly and easy to understand. The adviser spent time asking about my personal situation, my future aspirations and my response to investment risks and used this information together with my pension details to recommend the best option. He also provided estimated calculations, based on current market conditions, on annuity options and other options citing the pros and cons if I chose to leave my final salary pension scheme. He was clearly very experienced and knowledgeable in his field and able to cut through the financial jargon and explain it in a simple way. I felt confident and reassured that having taking financial advice, I had made the right choice for me.
