Most helpful booking agent despite technical problems.
We found Sean most helpful. He tried very hard to get everything sorted for us and seemed to achieve the impossible despite some technical difficulties not of his making.
Not so good was that the computerised booking system let him down. It took about an hour and a half to get everything sorted.
