I'm very happy with the service imago provided.
This way I was able to start hormone therapy early!
Imago is affordable, and even for those who cant afford it, there are options. They test your blood results and offer various types of prescriptions(think digital or in paper).
Now that I've my diagnoses I had to cancel my subscription which was very easy to do.

This is truly a great company and a great group of people. Imago has deliver honestly and without fail for me every time. The interaction with staff has been warm and welcoming, the approach they preach and should be very proud of. They have also always responded amazingly fast when contacted, in my case most often with mail. There are some additional costs that you need to pay for when doing bloodwork for checkups as they do not have a physical clinic, however this is hard to improve given such a small customer base. So far, I have yet to have a negative experience or encounter with this company or the community that uses them. I have and will recommend Imago with all my heart!

Life saving organisation, full of great people doing the most when it comes to 'costumer service' and patient care.

Imago is not only affordable, but really lifesaving program. They are always in contact with you, always ready to help out and provide answers. They're kind, supportive and is the point of strength for me beyond comprehension.

Imago provides a level of gender affirmation, personal care, and respect that other healthcare providers SHOULD offer. They frankly put many other options to shame. Plus, getting to skip the byzantine nightmare of local trans healthcare bureaucracy where I live is a godsend. Sometimes it takes a while to receive email replies, but I suspect this is more of a staffing issue and so doesn't impact my review.

When the public healthcare system failed me, Imago saved my life. I’m so incredibly grateful that these amazing people exist. Customer service through mail was also great. Just a very positive experience.

They work. And will get you hormones, if sometimes they might be lacking in bits of info.
Too scared to say any critique after seeing reactions to them.
But they are the best option I see for gahrt, and some staff are lovely.
I hope to see them continue to improve.

Absolutely fantastic service in an environment where it is often hard to find accomodation. Wait-times are short and the people are super nice while also being efficient with care. The people I've talked to through the customer service email have been especially helpful and quick to reply. While the perscriptions take some time to arrive and tracking isn't offered yet, you just need to send a request a month in advance (something they advise) and it's fine. My own wishes have been central to the care i recieve, while adherence to medical procedure is at the same time highly prioritized. Truly the gold star example of the informed consent model.

Works in Estonia! They send me a paper prescription. The price is way better than a certain other clinic with everything included in the monthly fee. They are very helpful. Interested in your health too.

Thanks to imago I'm getting my HRT in Estonia without waiting 3 years for a government commission. They are really helpful and friendly. Website and app are quite useful too.

exactly as advertised and very reliable, been with them for a year and it's been a very smooth experience.

Joining Imago was simple. All the steps to join were laid out on their website and the FAQ was very insightful. The introductory call and Doctor call went well, I sent them the bloodwork that was needed and my prescription was on it's way. Getting the prescription filled on my end took a bit of work but everything was fine in the end.

Customer service has been friendly and helpful and all the questions I've had have been answered in a timely manner.

The onboarding cost isn't cheap, but it's been the best decision I've made. The price truly is worth it for the chance to finally feel happy.

My life finally has some hope thanks to Imago and the wonderful people there and I would strongly recommend it to anyone who wants to start their journey.
