iMarku knives have manufacturing units based out of Japan. Our CEO, Mr. Mark Liu had started around a decade back. The story dates back to when one of his friends Bolton had a pretty frustrating time looking for a perfect chef knife. That is when he made up his mind to create something to make good knives. He had started young, went to Japan to learn more about Japanese art and culture to start making these Japanese knives. He had initially chalked out a 5-year plan, but things initially did not turn out as planned. He almost felt like quitting, but his girlfriend named iMarku kept on inspiring him to keep going. And that is how the brand came to be known as iMarku. Today iMarku has come a long way from making a single chef knife to an amazing range of world-class knives, prep tools, and cookware. And the story of our growth continues. We are only growing with bigger and greater plans of expansion.

imarku NonStick pans AMAZING
The quality of the project is amazing - I've purchased a number of pots and pans over the years and by far they rank 1st out of all of them. Please create pots of the same calibur, as I would purchase. Also absolutely LOVE my knives!!!!

Wonderful set only 1 issue
Arrived in good time and scratch free. Love the knives quality and sharpness. The only issue I have on the whole set of knives is the kitchen cutting shears. They were very disappointing in sharpness and function. The knives are spectacular though.

Long handling times, spams email
I'm writing this in response to the 5th email I have gotten in less than a week since I placed an order. The order has not been shipped yet. If they want reviews so bad, I recommend shipping before asking a consumer for a review.
I would not trust the ratings on the Imarku site as I have left a similar review there which does not appear. They seem to pick and choose which ones show up.
If they ever decide to ship, I'll update this but I don't think they're getting a much higher rating.
Horrible customer experience.
Within a few hours of the reply, I have a tracking number. I'm not concerned about the time to ship. I know the site said 8-15 days. That's what I signed up for. What I care about is getting multiple emails asking for review of a product I don't have yet. I recommend you change the time offset to at least a few weeks after the order so a consumer has time to receive and use the product so that a review actually means something.

A Delighted Customer

The knives are high quality and razor sharp out-of-the-box. The cast iron nonstick 3-pan fry pan set is of excellent quality too!

Great product and customer service
First I bought just one and when I received it I really liked it. It’s so sharp and light. I then ordered two more because I would like to give it as a gift. There was a problematic with my 2nd order, I only received one. I messaged the customer service right away. I got a response right away and they send me the 2nd one asap. Great product
Great product, however updates for shipping were next to non existent. I was only notified for the sharpener being shipped and it arrived later than the knife set.

price wise, it was good. but other than the order confirmation, never recieved any further updates, no shipping and tracking info. about the time i though i should contact them, it suddenly showed up.
